I definately don't want to discourage you
I was rather a reminder for everyone. I feel like the faster it progresses in the beginning, the more short-lived it turns out to be. Everything takes its time (we deal with months without racing in the ManGame) and resources, and the "game leader(s)" should be equally aware of that as the participants.

@Jesl - That would be hard, unless you pick a small nation. If there are extenuating circumstances such as lots of teams from 1 nation, or it being a small nation, then i will make a compromise.
@Cio - good points, thats why there is this thread to clear things up  And also the Man-Game has a lot to do in terms of set up, these custom seasons dont.

Why not put some goals that (if you reach them) will give you some points to improve cyclist? |

Could be a possibility, but you set goals for your whole team, and it would only benefit the young rider... + I think that some people don't even take a young rider, to make the amount of reports lower.(I'm not one of these people btw)
@TMM: Will the (non-custom) riders develop/decline? Maybe you can use money for that? (Skill from 69 to 70 is 15,000 Euros, 76 to 77 is 80000 Euros and 80 to 81 is 120,000 for example) I don't think a good idea to leave declining from the game, because Contador would be the best even if he's 53 years old.

Declining/improving is in the game for ALL riders and I have some ideas for how to get new non-custom riders into the game. |

Sorry about the young rider, my mistake...
But with non-custom rider I meant everyone except the created riders(the PCMCL thing) So the developing of Sagan, Declining of Evans, I just mean every existing rider

Increase/Decrease - Its in the RP section. Nothing overly definitive, but it should be there. Decreases, not sure. Got an idea, but will discuss it with a few people in PM's first.

At the moment thats 27 good ideas
3 Bad Ideas, none of whom have commented...
and 7 Dont care's, probably the people who always answer poles and never say anything.
So it looks like there is some support for the new idea, which is nice.

Alright guys. 2 things 1) I am happy to do jerseys as I am looking for some more to create. amd 2) just an idea but we could make this link to the man game. The admin probably won't like it but whoever is say the top 4 in the world tour standings at the end of the year goes automatically into the man game as a continental team. Remember just a rough idea but I think it could work (if the admin likes it). |

the way the Man-Game handes is really differant then we are trying to making it work, it like comparing apples and pears (a saying, don't know if it is a international one) two completly differant things
