LA Noire is indeed brilliant, even more if you are into the detective novels from someone like Chandler or noir movies...
Also if you are interested in basketball at least a little, NBA 2k13 is imo the best sports game at present, the level of depth and how the presentation look like is incredible. I cant stop playing it.

@Avin
Well i play basketball (do it like sport), the problem is that i've already got a sport game and i'd like to change kind of game. About L.A. Noire i'm fan of crime literature (love all Sherlock Holmes and some book written by Agatha Cristhie, especially And Then There Were None). Anyway now i've got another doubt: wich one between L.A. Noire and Hitman i could like more? A detective or a murderer? What do you think?

LA Noire is much better game imo, or at least a new concept of original game, while Hitman is pretty similar in all that editions. Also do you want to murder, or solve the murder? That is the question...
Or as reader fan of Sherlock Holmes, try the new adventure game with him (Testament of Sherlock Holmes-or one of the great earlier parts, i played all of them).

Thank you. I think i'll buy L.A. Noire mainly for 2 reason: firstly (and most important thing) because it's a new kind of game different form all the other game i played. Plus is less expensive than Hitman...

Get the old Hitman's.
Blood Money is very fun, and will be a lot cheaper than the new one, although the new one is still very enjoyable. The graphics aren't as great, but its very rewarding to kill the targets exactly how you want.

The best single player game for PC ever made? Operation Flashpoint from 2001. It has probably given me thousands of hours of great entertainment over the years.

I played NBA2k12 quite a lot. And NBA2K13 sounds very nice. In especially the "Ultimate Team" but then I would need to buy it for Xbox instead for PC as this isn`t in the pc version. |

LA Noire was pretty poor I thought. You have little control over the action and the way the story develops.
Solving a case involves moving the cursor round the screen at which point it vibrates and zooms in. Choose the wrong question/answer in an interview - it doesn't really matter as you get another chance...Only real plus point is LA looks great at night though. Plenty of old PC games out there like Bladerunner that did this sort of thing loads better.
If you want an Xbox game for cheap, go for Red Dead Redemption or Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year Edition.

Mmmh...so you think that is easy and don't ask a bit of skills? That could be quite frustrating...About Red Dead Redemption: my friend will loan me some of his game (Assassin's Creed, Fallout...) and between this there is GTA. And to be honest i prefer Hitman to Batman.
Plus there is the HD Trilogy. What do you think: is the last one better than the others or these three are better? |

Not sure if it belongs here, but I want you guys's advice. I now play with my laptop which is really, really, really bad. Now the thing is I would love to buy a XBOX or PS3, but because their newest version (PS4, XBOX) comes out this year, I'm not sure if I should wait or not. Also, which one is better? I want a honest opinion. The only games I think I will play are PES, Assassin's Creed, NBA and maybe FIFA.

Well. It's different for everyone. Some guys say that the controller of the Xbox feels better, but that's maybe because they are used to it. But if the Xbox hits something or falls, it's instantly broken.
I don't think the difference is that big between them.
And I don't think you should wait. The PS4/XBOX will be very expensive for the first year I guess..

The PS4 will almost certainly be next year and it is possible that the next Xbox will be as well. Honestly, don't wait for those as they are likely to cost towards $1000 once they are launched and companies will continue to make games for the current generation consoles for years.
And in truth the consoles are 99% the same, particularly if those are the only games you want to play. If you want to play with friends get whatever they have otherwise I would usually recommend getting the PS3 because it is also a blu-ray player. As said by Jesley, if you bump the Xbox when a game is inside it, the disc will be ruined whereas you never get that problem with a PS3.
That's pretty much what I tell my customers at work (I work in a games store) and I feel it is pretty solid advice. Most of my fellow employees say something similar.

I heard internet on the PS3 is free, and on the XBOX it isn't but it is really good. Is that correct? Also, I like the XBOX controller a lot better, and I have one for my PC, can I also plug it in on the PS3?

Yes, forgot about that. You have to pay(a too high IMO, don't know the exact amount) price to play online at XBOX. It's free for ps3.

No.
As for the internet, yeah you are right. PS3 is free but Xbox is better.

In terms of LA Noire - that's right - I didn't like it when playing because I didn't think I had any control over what was happening.
If you're a Hitman fan - go for the HD Trilogy. |

I suggest trying Batman: AC, that game is pretty much awesome, one of the best action games of last five years imo, great value for that money.

I made my mind up, the XBOX is probably better but as I hardly go online (Maybe FIFA UT, seems fun) I think I should take a PS3. Another question, how much GB do I need?
