Steffen Wesemann won it 5 times. Says everything that needs to be said. The Tour of Poland is probably a good parallel nowadays in terms of terrain.
With that said, it was around for 50 or so years, so the variety of courses was pretty dramatic. They had a tendency to make it harder in the 70s and 80s so only the heavily doped up communist bloc athletes had a real chance of winning it. |

Actualy the Junior Peace race still takes place https://zmj.cz/en/...
And it is indeed the race of national junior teams, something what Deadpool suggested here.
Under route section there are listed all the cities that are visited, if someone tells me how it can be done to draw it somewhere,i could do it (never done that a nd dont know what it is all about).

If you scroll down after clicking details there is even the stage map, which is far better than only the town names. So the combination should help you to make the exact route.
Just use bikeroutetoaster.com and the course creator there and save the finished route as gpx.

Jeez, i dont know how to work with it, track points are start and finish? And course points are sprints and GPMs possibly? I suppose i did it wrong like that, also if the race is two or more times on the same road how can i do that? My first connctact with this program/site, but the profile map looks like the real one and it is fun
I suppose every stage is done separately?
If this is done right, i will do the rest of it tommorow, if somebody could look and tell me how to do it excatly, i would be very glad.

Eneco Tour would be good, it can be in as a low ranked race but I'd like to see it there.

No difference between Track Points and Course Points. Just ignore them.
Intermediate sprints and KoMs are added in the stage editor later, not while creating the route. Just click where you want the route to start, and where you want it to finish. In most cases you also need to click a few times in the middle of the route, to make sure that it takes the right way. When you're done, export from the "Summary" tab.
EDIT: This is directed to Avin.
EDIT2: Seems like you've already figured out how it works. Nice job!

You did it right by looking at the profile now.
Indeed, stage for stage. And if there are circuits you can either just mark them once or several times. Doesn`t really matter as the stage creator needs to do this in the editor. And ignore KoM and sprints. This is also done by the stage creator.
Just do the other stages and I am pretty sure there will be a stage maker to create the race.
Edit 3: Pelli was faster.

Great news then SN!
Well, the main glory of the race actually was in communist era, when the race was held in Czechoslovakia, East Germany and Poland between BerlÃn, Prague and Warsaw in almost every year. I have some books at home where are complete routes of some years, so I can definetely do gpx files or I can do fastly a fantasy variant as well.. same with Praha-Karlovy Vary-Praha as that was surely one of the best "classics" in Eastern Bloc..
I can do some of the stages, but the last time I've done some with it was with old editor, so I need to get into it for the first time I guess..
Today's Peace Race is only a race for juniors, but it's still a nice race for sure.. :-)

There was one really fun race that most of the D2 teams like that could be moved up to the CT/PCT - Klasika Snieka. |

I don't know if the game is able to handle a >340km route but it would be awesome to have the historic Porto-Lisboa classic in the game. The event hasn't been raced for 10 years or so, but the route used to feature some climbs, a pavé section and it finished in a football stadium (home of Sporting Lisbon).
I doubt it has ever been made for PCM though, but I don't think it would take much to seduce a stagemaker to have a go at this one.

That'd be epic, but it should be tested to see how AI would work with such long distances.

Oh man, Porto-Lisboa would be absolutely beastly in PCM. For lack of a better example, it's the portuguese equivalent of Milan - San Remo, only longer, as hard and with a few (but not very important) cobbles.
If it is possible to incorporate in the game, I think it would be a great addition as a different race to the ones currently in the game.

It's probably not that bad. It's only about 30-40km longer than MSR.
My guess is the game would handle it fine. |

But only if you dont add the cobbles then. Otherwise it will lead to cobbler attacks even if there is just one short pavement with 200km to go.
Some "sandy" roads might be better instead as they wont influence the AI. |

The stage editor does have a maximum route width/height that it can handle though - so might be too long in that sense.
Mhaley - not sure if Sneizka has been made for pcm12

That is too bad. It was a very nice example of a Classic Mountain race. It will be mised ------
Unless of course one of the stage makers can set it up for 2012. |
