Don't forget that Van Loocke is 70 cobble as well so should be somewhere in the mix.

You have more than double the total wins of my team including classics and GC...

Hehe, the one time Mohs wins the sprint
So I assume points will be given from second place on, but what about time bonuses and sprint points?

They were kept as if Konte won the stage and the sprint points, the race would have been different had he not been off the front, so I didn't think it was right to change it.

As a punishment, none of the teams should score points for that stage and be docked 50% of their sponsor budget for next year. |

Well, it would still have been a sprint, although not that chaotic probably..

Yes, a control rider won. But those control riders should not have been in the race, I just didnt tell mb to withdraw them after the TTT. Plus I never imagined a situation like that.
The stage report has been edited. Mohs won the stage. Time bonuses and points reallocated. (Though obviously its too late to change it in the db as mb has presumably finished the race)

Congratulations to beagle then! Most likely securing 5th place on the team ranking here.
With no crosswind (at least not on the finishing kilometers) or hills to speak about, he proved clearly the strongest sprinter.

Conspiracy theory: Did mb play that stage over and over again until Beagle won, so that he'd perhaps stop bothering people about the goings on in Faso
I kid, I kid. |

Great *win* for Mohs. |

Kinda surprised at that, there were loads of gaps and attacks when I tested the stage.
Not good for Blythe, but Rapha are gonna get a lot of GC points

Phew. Sad to see Croket could have won if he followed Minard, but a pretty much secured second place in GC was never my goal when choosing this race, so WOW!
Barring surprises on the final stage, that's roughly 200 points minimum for us here, and I often underestimated our points haul. Maybe we don't even need Taihu anymore to be ahead of Hollister. And that's 9th place. Sorry for that, but OMG!
Puma is not only Bennati

That was a somewhat disappointing and boring cobbled stage. Must admit I expected fireworks. Well done to Cyclevox and Vaitkus though!
I doubt Croket can get those 7 seconds on Vaitkus on the final stage, but I'll certainly not write him off, it will be an interesting battle.
And congratulations to Bpost and CountArach, he must be happy now

I really hope Di Maggio put in a great performance in Japan, because I'm getting really uncomfortable with the amount of points Puma is gathering at the moment.

Completely agree. Could have been a nice stage.
But I have to admit I'm quite fine with the outcome nevertheless

Don't.
Japan is 1.HC, so Di Maggio can get as many points as my whole team in Taihu. And I would wonder if we're within 100 points to you now anyways. Di Maggio could fail and it wouldn't matter.

Given that I gave a little cheer when he won I can say that I really am. Finally I get my tenth win. On my second last race day.
But yeah that stage sucked. The report made it seem excited so good writing but ultimately that was super disappointing.

I should have guessed the big difference between pcm11 and pcm10 would have played out this way.
Last year just the slightest whiff of cobblestones would have had decisive attacks from at least one cobbler. As we saw earlier in the season that was not necessarily going to be the way of things.
Should be interesting to see how the rankings are affected by this. Before that though we see who will win this race!
Very strong performance

SN emailed me last night, saying I should come back to check the forums to see some late season success for CVX... he wasn't joking. Faso could not have turned out better for us One stage to go though...
