Hello people. we're back and it's the night before Vuelta a Region de Murcia and we thought we'd give you some updates on Carlos, he'll write this himself now; My stomach is good again, after some days with alot of medics and support from the doctors it got better again.


Vuelta a Región de Murcia - Stage 1


Iban Gonzalez


This race is my chance to prove my potential, as the team is more or less built around me. Because of that our manager wants me to get a shot and prove that I'm worth a spot in the GT, although I won't get an instant place, I need to prove myself more, but this is a good shot Smile

I have to admit that it was pretty damn awesome that Verdugo protected me, I mean like. Someone protects me so I don't use to much power Shock It's weird getting protected, and not protecting someone Pfft

This didn't turn out to be a specially good stage for me, the pace got so hard at the end that I just couldn't get any energy in the downhill for the sprint, Armador of Movistar was the strongest one here and took the victory

Today was a pretty chill day for me, I don't have anything special to do on a mountain stage, but on tomorrows stage, a time trial! I'll show what I'm worth there!
