We had a few people go 10-1 today!! Nobody was perfect thanks to the Buffalo/Tennessee & Arizona/Minnesota games. Those games also left many at 9-2.
Night game is up, Pittsburgh is the favorite. Few took Cincinnati. Someone will go 11-1 tonight!
Overall, I still lead by 1 point

A solid majority of NFL games after the first few weeks have a logical team to pick. 49ers vs. Browns? I'll take the former please. Most of the rest can be pretty accurately guessed based on a number of factors. You can't hit them dead on, but it doesn't take that much knowledge to run up a decent score. Hell, always choosing the team with the better record will get you an over 50% success rate. Right now Chris Mortenson is 64-27 in the ESPN experts poll. It's not that difficult.
Betting against Vegas lines, however, is much, much more difficult and fascinating. It's not just deciding who is better, it's deciding how much better. It requires more knowledge and skill. |
