Great, quick reports, great screenshots, great results:
KEEP IT UP!
I'll have to crank it up a notch, huh?
Seriously, you got a nice story here! Too bad you were unable to get a good schedule, it should be easier next season if you perform well now, though |

Just finished Tour of Utah - probably my worst tour this year. No stage wins at all, Rutkiewicz 14th in overall, Kwiatkowski 13th in points ranking, didn't even get the mountain jersey.
Hovewer, I forgot that I signed one U23 cyclist, he just joined my team now, and again - isn't as good as I would like him to be.
At the moment I'm 7th with 835 points Mico.

He is only 19 and already has three stats in the 70's, he will become a good rider in the future |

Btw, just a small comment, that trainign schedule will be too hard, all those peaks of 100% will tire him out (I believe). |

Thanks for pointing that out Ian, but I've been using similar schedule for like 20 seasons, since PCM 2009 and it always worked well for me and my riders never burned out before the end of it. The other thing is, with my this year calendar and being rejected on 95% of races I applied for, my cyclists are doimg only 25-35 racing days per season.
Speaking of racing I just finished Post Danmark Rundt. With 5 flat stages and 1 TT. Unfortunatelly sprinters such as Haedo didn't give me even half a chance to win any of the flat stages but I managed to win a time-trial stage with Kwiatkowski and finish 1st in general calssification.
Kwiatkowski in Post Danmark Rundt.
He also came 7th in points ranking, Rutkiewicz was 9th thanks to intermediate sprints and also won a mountain jersey. CCC Polsat Polkowice was also ranked 1st in team classification.
My next tour will be Tour de Britain where my sponsor would like to see a stage win. |

It looks like I need better sprinters as in Tour of Britain I have been diminated again finishing with Matysiak few times outside first 10. His best position was 4th on the last stage. Thankfully Rutkiewicz did much better on the sole hilly stage coming 4th and he was 11th in general but few riders had same loss, so I went with him for intermediate sprints just to grab few seconds. Came 2nd in 2 of them and managed to move him to the 4th, which (along side with mountain jersey for Mihaylov) made my sponsor quite happy.
There's only one single race left for me, so big season summary coming soon. |

2ND SEASON SUMMARY
Due to lack of races and being rejected of many of them it wasn't great season, in fact it was worst than 1st one, despite the fact my team was stronger this year. But the most important thing is I didn't bankrupt, in fact I managed to save some money again - will need it for sponsor search in 2015 and that will be crucial year as with €32.000 a month I can't really win more than I'm winning.
Finally got a young rider I was looking for, with great potential. I might even hire some not-expensive trainer for him, as he's definitely worth it (all depends on my calendar and financial situation really).
Ranking
Sponsor confidence
Finances
Balance: €227.324 --> €292.699
Wages: €45.100 --> €44.950
Difference: -€13.100 --> €-12.950
Transfers
In: Bodnar, Contofalsky, Huzarski, Nunez.
Out: Gawronski, Khalilov, Mihaylov, Stepniak, Zielinski. |

The screenshot was taken on 1st of November and these are two Continental teams that won promotion to WT, so they are classified as WT teams already - it's the same with individual ranking. Khalilov was riding whole season for me but if you have a look at the printscreen it says Farnese Vini - Selle Italia, because thats where he went.

So the new season is underway. Having nearly €300.000 on my account and smaller monthly debt than last year I decided to get a trainer for Nunez. My choice was Swede Jonas Helmkvist, who will cost me €3.200 a month. I took him because for this price he was one of the best sprinter's trainer, plus he's pretty good with climbers and stage racers (so I can use him for Aliu and Contofalsky.
I attached 6 riders in total to him, so his efficiency is still excellent. The chosen ones are: Aliu, Contofalsky, Huzarski, Kwiatkowski, Matysiak and Nunez.
My groups for this season looks like this:
Group 1
Leader: Huzarski
Sprinters: Kiendys, Nunez
Lead out: Kwiatkowski
TT: Kwiatkowski
Team mates: Batek, Bongiorno, Contofalsky, Honkisz
Group 2
Leader: Rutkiewicz
Sprinters: Matysiak
Lead out: Bodnar
TT: Bodnar
Team mates: Aliu, Manhoso, Nomvete, Ratajczyk, Taciak
My first race will be Tour de San Luis, as for some reason I was invited for it.

Just start of the season and my cyclists arn't in best form. Started Tour de San Luis with fitness around 60 and it reflected on the results. Didn't win any of the stages. Kwiatkowski was 12th in general and won a young classification, Nunez came 8th in points ranking, Contofalsky snatched mountain jersey (however Nibali was pretty close to put it on his back) and my team was ranked 8th in general. However Nunez showed that he's capable of winning flat stages when he's fit, finishing 3rd on the last stage, where his fitness was around 80.
And Ruben Bongiorno decided to end his career after this season.

With riders like Wiggins, Moser, Costa, Uran, Sagan and Cunego I couldn't do much in Volta ao Algarve but at least I came up with that new race summary, which I'm gonna use from now on and hopefully will make everything clear.
Volta ao Algarve
General: 30th Huzarski
Points: 12th Contofalsky
Mountain: 9th Contofalsky
Young: 4th Kwiatkowski
Team: 10th

Luckily starting list for Tour de Langkawi wasn't so strong and I managed to do better. Kwiatkowski was 3rd in general after time trial and Nunez was finishing in top 10 in all flat stages with highest position - 2nd and was very close to win green jersey (unfortunatelly on the last stage he came 8th, while his rival Matteo Trentin was 3rd and finally snatched it from him by 3 points, but I'm pretty sure that he will get it sooner or later as he already progressed by 1 on speed, still waiting for his first win too.
Le Tour de Langkawi
General: 20th Huzarski
Points: 2nd Nunez
Mountain: 9th Kwiatkowski
Young: 6th Kwiatkowski, 7th Nunez
Team: 6th
Would be better in mountain and points as I had Contofalsky in few breakaways but... withdrawn him accidentally.
