I must say I like the real shirt! 
But I don't know what to say about the others I think you tried to make them look like the real football shirts
The Borussia Dortmund Shirt doesn't look good and you won't be able to read the writing neither on the front nor on the back ingame I think.
What is the thing on the back at the Juve shirt(doesn''t make the shirt look good), further I would make it in black/white because that are the original colours, my opinion.
I like the style of the welsh NC of the Tottenham jersey, but I must say as this is propably for BikeRoels database that it's not a good idea to write a name on the back. And the colour in that you have written Bale doesn't fit to the jersey at all.
Try to get creative especially with the pants, because like this all the jerseys look basically the same, mostly there is something on football pants so no need to make them all the same.
Don't get this wrong I am not trying to offend you I just think you can improve |

Okay another try, I downloaded your shirts ( I am propably the only one)
I am trying to help you and I get the feeling you try to ignore people that do so, I am not perfect to but I will tell you now what won't look good on the shirts ingame or isn't really good...
Roma
You can't see the logo on the back because it has the same colour like the shirt, try to outline it, the same with the wind on the front on some NCs!
Barcelona
Because the shirt isn't yours you just took the Quatar fondation, nike and the FCB logo on the NCs, now the logos are bogger than in the original shirt and the NCs don't fit the style of the original jersey.
chelsea
the shirt is good but on the NCs there suddenly appear sponsors on the side and they don't fit at all as they are tilted and they overlap with the colours of the NCs, further you have posted the chelsea logo on the WC stripes and the logos on the site are interrupting the NC stripe aswell.
everton
Here the NCs are the problem again, the chang on the front is suddenly getting green, what makes no sense. On NCs with country logos on their back you just put the Everton logo to the top so it is just under the neck and it's more right than left, try to keep one style!

you can't make the WC ITT shirt so different from the WC shirt and the pants should have white colours on WC jerseys I think.
juve
mostly said, but your chile NC and Montenegro NC won't look good ingame and you can't keep the black star on the LTU NC jersey and not on the GB and GER although they have the same style. The Uruguay NC will also not look good ingame as the stripes on the back are far wider than on the front
manu
manu is not bad but again the NCs are just posted under the logos you had from the shirt (like always)

you should outline the logo on the back here aswell

Real is so far your best shirt but the same with the NCs again

I said everything about the Wales NC already, here is the first WC jersey I actually like. The only strange thing here are the red pants of the Portugal NC!
