Santos Tour Down Under Stage 4
This stage probably suits the pure sprinters best, therefore it'll most likely be a mass- sprint. Our team will try to set up a train for D'Hout, adn get a good placement.
Favourites:
Cavendish (SKY)
Greipel (LTB)
Farrar (GRM)
The first kms were quiet today. SpiderTech - Cervélo tried, but the peleton chased their riders back everytime. The pace was slow, and the race was very boring.
The sprinters were positioning themselves upfront, and tried to get good wheels to get the win. With 11kms we made our train consisting of Bourne, Sutton, Gömböcz, Clemson and D'Hout.
We brought D'Hout into perfect position, but we brought Tom Booen with us. At the 1km mark D'Hout started his jump.
Boonen was really fast, but Greipel is also coming fast! Who will win it? It's Boonen! Greipel 2nd and Cav 3rd. James disappoints, as he didn't have any acceleration in his legs. That win doesnt prove Boonen that he is back at the top of the sprinters, but he is on a good way.

Santos Tour Down Under Stage 5
Here comes the famous Old Willunga Hill! The chance for the puncheurs to get some time. Probably D'Hout won't survive the Hill twice, so the others will get a free role on the stage and ride for themselves.
There were just two guys interested to make a break. Kritskiy and Clemson were the ambicious guys.
The problem is, that Clemson is probably too strong, and OP-QS and Greenedge make a quick pace. Clemson stops and let's himself fall back into the pack.
And the first climb of the Willunga starts. Gary Sutton sets a very high pace, and tries to stretch the peleton. Ignatiev tries an attack but he just goes for the points.
On the downhill Bourne goes, but he can't get a decent gap. He gets caught right before Willunga nr2., where Gary Sutton attacks again.
He can't get away Inatiev wins KOM points sprint and it looks well set for a mass- sprint. Clemson brings Gömböcz to the front, and we hope for the best.
Gömböcz jumps, and wins stage 5! What a small margin between the top10! Gömböcz was slower than the others, but our tactics workedextremely well. Cancellara gets 2nd, and D'Hout keeps the orange jersey.

Santos Tour Down Under Stage 6
Today's circuit in Adelaide looks slightly hilly, but it's easier than it seems. The finish is perfect for the sprinters.
In the peleton the pace was quite fast from the start, as the stage was really short, and they didn't want any break to gain ground. Mainly Europcar, OP - QS and Sky worked for their sprinters.
Gary Sutton picked up the KOM points, and won this classification. The pace was kept high and it seemed to be perfect for the sprint. Some trains formed, and we also made our usual train. Cav was positioned right on James's wheel.
With hard work, we brought D'Hout into a perfect position. At the 1km mark, he got a little gap to the peleton with Gömböcz, and seemed to be able to take the stage.
He even had time to look back, and he saw Clemson battling for the 3rd! Will SpiderTech - Cervélo get a treble?
D'Hout wins stage 6 and the GC! He outsprinted his teammate Gömböcz, and Clemson followed 3rd, beating Cav on tthe line! What a tremendous performance by the WT newcomers.

Yes, indeed.
January kicked off with Australian NCs. BMC's Cadel Evans won the TT, and Simon Gerrans won the RR. The Tour de San LuÃs was dominated by Saxo's Navarro ahead of Luca Mazzanti. Robert Förster took 2 wins there and won the points jersey. In the TDU, SpiderTech Cervélo took the control and dominated the race. They won all of the individual jerseys available.
Spoiler Well simulation helped us a lot, but at least dominating sounds good.
Let's take a look at the WT Team rankings and just enjoy for a minute.
Now let's talk about February. The team won't race too much, with only Qatar and Oman in our sights, with Omloop, Lugano and K-B-K.
Our sprinters will try to get in form for the upcoming races, just like our cobblers for the Flandrian Classics.
The last thing to talk about is our scoreboard. There you can see the race between the team members. At the moment sutty68 and Jseadog1 are in the lead. Here are the actual standings:
fcancellara - 0/4 Kristjan Puskaric, Erik van den Meer, Uolevi Ranta, José Alves
baggieboys32 - 3/6 Mike Pye, James D'Hout, Harry Kenyon, Alex O'Beyne, Stéphane Delerente, Jackson Newbould
TheManxMissile - 0/3 Jack Wiles, Tommeke van de Kuijt, Bourne Mark
Sutty68 - 3/1 Gary Sutton
Miguel98 - 0/2 Miguel António, Pietr van der Luut
jseadog1 - 3/1 John Clemson
jfuglsgang - 0/1 Jonas Pahl
jaxika - 0/2 Zoltan Jakab, Peter Pal
bennettWPS - 0/1 Marc Bennett

knockout - 0/1 Jonas Aust

The ToQ is the race for the sprinters. No mountains, no hills, just flat riding and lots of wind. The race kicks off with a 2km prologue, and then the bonus seconds will decide the outcome of the race.
Our squad:
We don't come here with too high expectations. We just want one stage- win, which should be achieveable with Wiles participating. We'll try to make a sprint train, but it'll be hard to do in the wind.

This Prologue will just be a warm- up for the riders, as it's not long enough to make differences.
Greenedge's Mouris sets the early best time, which gets beaten by dutchman Westra.
Team SpiderTech - Cervélo rides badly, as they've stomach problems (the food is terrible). Here is Steve struggling.
Westra's time looks to be great, as noone can beat him until Spartacus comes and takes the lead with 8 seconds!
His time is way too strong for the others to beat, so Cancellara wins and takes the yellow jersey!

Pan-flat. Mass-sprint likely. We hope for a good train, and for a Wiles show.
Today's headwind is quite low, so probably there wont'be any splits in the peleton. Eventually a break got away consisisting of 14 riders.
In the pack RSNT and Greenedge made a high pace and at the 20km mark they caught them. Shortly after the 12km mark, we made our train. Brixen, Moore, van de Kuijt. Pye, Lépard and Wiles. Almost all sprinters tried to catch Wiles's wheel, and Bennati getting it.
At around 1.7kms, after a fantastic job by Pye, Lépard started to pull very hard and nobody could follow him (except Wiles) after a tenacious burst of speed. With 1km to go Wiles made the jump and easily overtook Lépard.
And Jack Wiles takes his first win in the season. The "Speedbomb' easily outsprinted his teammate Lépard and Sabatini.
