It's Casar vs. Sanchez today I think. Like on the Madeleine stage two years ago.

Pretty much.
But LLS will win the stage
Everything is going according to plan

Nice break today, bunch of my favourite riders in there. Lulu should be the favourite, with Casar. Peter will seal the jersey, job done.
Edit: Or he can maybe pull Nibali again for a while

Sean Yates on French telly, saying Sky is riding so that the peloton is close enough and Cavendish and Eisel are certain to make it within the time limit (which is bullshit, delays are 49 minutes or something).
He doesn't expect any favourite attack today, especially given the last descent is hardly a real descent (that's how he put it, I don't know).

This is for Sanchez. Gilbert might give a shot if he doesn't fall back in the last climb. I don't think Paulinho's got a chance, only if he attacks real hard up the last mountain. |

Whats wrong with Sky setting a tempo pace on the front of the peloton? It's kinda their job with Wiggins in race lead. Not as if they are chasing!

Nothing. It's just that according to Jalabert & co, who're commenting, the tempo is relatively high for that kind of tempo. They implied that in other circumstances the break would have gotten a gap like 5 or 10 minutes bigger. |

Pretty sure that guys like Casar, Izagirre and Kruijswijk will do everything they can to drop him on Mur de Peguere. Everyone in that group knows that he'll smash them in the sprint. What they should be worried about is how fast he'll descend.

I don't buy any of that. It's Eisel on the front, the pace is really slow.

Kruijswijk and Sanchez will work together and get a 1-2.
Sagan will drop back to help Nibali.

Peraud has had a short night : took a flight, and back, to Lyon this night, as his wife gave birth to a baby yesterday afternoon. |

I know, but he was just the bigger name of those being dropped while Cav was ok! Though by the top Knees was relaying so Cav must have started to fall back, with Eisel for company.
