I am not sure how fit is T.Martin, normally he is 100% candidate for top 3 finish along with Cancellara and Wiggins
other candidates for top 5 for me are Froome, Van Garderen, P.Velits, Evans, Menchov, R.Porte
Only 3 Sky riders will go 100% Porte ( adn EBH ) are not one of them as you could guess .
Sylvain Chavanel with the form he has might be dark horse, did well at long TT at Dauphine and should do well here. Top 5 might be a bit of stretch thoughk.
I was gonna say watch Chava go . I think VdB will do well as well. |

I've stuck a whole 2PCM$ on Chavanal - it would be a minor miracle but he is going very well. |

And Larsson has beaten Louis Leon also at the finish line, by 13 seconds...

Edvald B Hagen vs Fredrik Kessiakoff ?
Will EBH ride hard or just take it easy? He should beat Kessiakoff no matter what shouldn't he?

I have a dollar on Westra winning today at 201:1 odds so if the rain started pouring down now that would be great.

EBH is taking it easy, no idea what Kessiakoffs orders from the top are, but he won the TT in Suisse. |

But wasn't that TT a bit Hilly? Anyone else who got an opinion?

Yeah it was, and my guess would be that Kessiakoff will take it rather easy today to try and defend the polkadots next week. Just a guess though. |

I was actually thinking the same. I will probably go for Hagen.

Tony Martin increases his advantage to 23'' at 2nd check over Gustav Larsson who was fastest there until then. |

Tony Martin 1st on the line 29'' secs over Westra. Is this enough? Not sure but not bad a for a rider with a broken hand huh? |
