oops, Cavendish.
And now even if he gets back, they know how easy it is to drop him. All for Hagen now?

Bye bye Cav, he'll get back probably later on
Not sure he will. There's already a big gap.

Even if he does come back, he surely can't handle the pace later in the race? Either that or he's faking it |

Why are Sky pacing Cavendish? This course probably suits EBH more anyway.

Half team for him maybe as 3 riders waited for Cav and will also have problems to come back. |

If Cav gets back on, then he's screwed. If he doesn't, he's screwed. Did I mention that he's screwed? |

EBH is a now Sky's best shot for victory. Interesting though to see Cavendish dropped , perhaps this will motivate the punchers even though there's still plenty of sprinters in the group. |

Cav is empty. He can't even follow his team mates.

I didn't know Milano - Sanremo was a 'shit small race'. |

Liquigas and RNT pushing up the pace, probably to make sure Cav doesn't get back.

Can't say I am that suprised, they were always gonna set a high pace, they know how fast Cav is.
My opinion is Cav wants to win this race again, he needs to get better on the hills.

That's one thin line down the decent. Could easily split.

The gap to the breakaway shows just how high the pace is, they have chopped that down in half over La Manie.
