Ha, fortunately Critérium International will be on TV, I'll be able to see what Froomey does.

Well don't expect much
It's will be his first race in a month and a half and his coming back from sickness. He may still do well though, but I would expect more to come from Nordhaug in that particular race.

Doesn't matter, I'll be in Froome-check mode for the whole season.

I also have the Froome-watch mode set,but we will probably have to wait till August to judge

Most likely, yeah. But I was hoping he'd give some of this early season races a go. The thing is, Sky's roster is so deep that they won't need a GT podiumer until the second half of the season. Even if that one GT podiumer might be a one hit wonder (aka a Pecharromán ), that's quite impressive.

Sky roster is amazing, there is no doubt about that, however i like how especially OPQS are challenging them in the early season. I was expecting more from BMC in the first months, but they will bounce back in April probably

Apparently according to the Eurosport commentator last night GreenEDGE are interested in Cipollini. I doubt it though.

I think they really need him though, their team is lacking in sprinters.

Wqhich commentator? Keenan? He is an absolute joke and views the entire sport through Green-tinged goggles.

No it wasn't Keenan, it was when I watched the Tirenno last night, there were two commentators, one of them said that. I think they were British? I cant be sure.
They do have a fair few sprinters, Goss, Davis, McEwen, Howard, Keukalaire, Krupois and Vaitkus can also sprint alright.

Thanx for the information... and for the correction. I've got a question: what if Contador doesn't find a PT team and will ride for a smal spanish team. Will they get a invitation for the Vuelta only because of Contador?

Agreed. I also think Euskaltel are lacking in Basque Climbers. |

I think he means a real killer, like Cavendish or Greipel. Goss is not in a good shape so far and they doesn't have a GC rider, so the sprinters must do it...

No, he means it just like Vacansoleil is missing attacking riders, and La Française des Jeux French riders, and Sky ugly helmets

Contador will find a PT, so it is moot. But if (hypothetically) it doesn't happen, the wildcards for hte Vuelta are announced well in advance of the Vuelta, so they wouldn't get it solely for that reason.
