Darn it! Kessiakoff crashing out of the race, basicly!

Niemiec is just awesome. Those bonus seconds will be useful. This looks pretty good for the MTT.

Oh man.. didn't noticed that Lewis abandoned! This is horrible.. hoped for a decent mountain-timetrial by him..

Bad ride for Froome. He should have put in a similar time to Ben Nasser, but lost 30 seconds to him. He needs a Stage 2 like result to have a podium chance - but Im still happy with a Top 5 GC position.

Pretty decent result from Niemiec. Not good, but not bad either.

GC is very tight. I'd be happy with 2nd here, but it's so close you can lose/or gain a lot of spots tomorrow. |

Two riders putting in a result that I can live with. Too bad Kessiakoff crashed last stage, I think he would have been a strong contender for top three in this race.

Only a stage-win can prevent me from "hating" this race Or maybe Bobridge to stay on his bike on next days

Top 5 might still be manageable, atleast I didn't go for the Win Goal

I'm starting to be terrible angry about Bobridge here.. he's crashing, often caught behind in a split.. well, at least, it looks like the Young Rider-jersey, but definitely expected more.. maybe a good sprint in next stage

Can't be unhappy with that. Top 5 from Niemiec is definitely more than I expected, so it's one of our better races so far.

I am starting to hate Rapha Condor, I guess it's jealousness or something
Is there an PCM.daily award for the most boring Man-Game stage 2012? We have a candidate here..

Not really the race I had expected, the hilly crits have played out a little differently to how I thought they would.
It looks like another one of those points gathering races from us, far better I suppose than the recent classics disasters and with two stage wins from the sadly crashed out Veloso and the success starved Gadret I can't complain. The King of the Mountains is a nice little bonus too. As for the team award they might as well give it to us before the race begins
The last stage I have outside hopes of something with Sonnery, though Arashiro is surely hot favourite. Shall we help Meiji control it or not? .

Ahh, I thought those key crashes could have moved Costa up a few GC spots, but no Overall an average tour for us.
Nice reporting roturn
