I'm doing a career with Barnet from nPower League 2. I'm going to try to bring them up to the Premier League and so far I'm doing well. Have been promoted two seasons in a row so I'm currently in the nPower League now.
But not to different countries atleast not last year, I started with Braga but the only offers I always got were from other Portugese teams. Now I already got offers from Dutch, American, Swedish and English teams after 1 season. Makes it more fun then to be stuck in the same country your entire career.

I've never had that problem. I know some people mentioned it as a possible bug last year, but I got offers from clubs from different nations none the less.

so i'm aware of that,i do every time my best to select quickly my CB's players and run back because they run forward,but i can't do this all match
not just the defenders,midllefields and forwards players play dumb at passing,shooting and placement(verry ennoying),but even the gk.you will take goals because and your gk save dumb
and the human opponent team,he doesn't tackle you because sometimes he select one of the CB's and you want to dribble him but his AI dmf player or CB or RB or LB will tackle you
his team play verry well,passing,shooting,placement,on all levels his team will dominate and this not because he is good
and i'm not speaking just on head2head season
this happen and other online modes
at friendlies online,the host will win in 80%,host and client teams equal team stars,defense,attack and human skills,host team is advantaged by this failure
the games where run normal,are the games(i'm speaking of teams equal like stars,defence,attack and human skills),1 half dominate one,the second half is dominated by the other one
who say other thing,is too blind to not see errors or how this game is behave in online
not belive,just play with a friend who is at skill level as you and play in online friendlies 4 or 6 games
2 or 3 games host you and 2or 3 host your friend(use the same teams)
example chelsea-man city or real madrid-barcelona or arsenal-tottenham or something like that
edit:the point of this test is to show you that the host will win too frequently
in 4 games host win 50%,30% for deuce,20% loose
if you play with your friend at online friendlies and host everytime in 6-9 games you will take 16 points,a friend that is at same skill level like you and choose appropiate teams like value

To be honest, I wouldn't call those bugs. They seem more like bad tactical choices. You can tweek the tactics and deside the work rate of everyone in your team. When it comes to the placement of your players aswell as their shots/passes that has to do with several things; their skills, their positioning and speed, if they are being pressured aswell as much more.
i play on defense use 5 defenders,2 defense midllefields and not bad tactic because i play on counter attack
and they are because bugs are script errors and it isn't tactical failure
see 1st division,they use 5 defenders and defense midllefielders most of them
and it isn't tactic when your players play dumb
you still don't understand,i said i played in online friendlies and i play with real madrid so most of time when i host i win and dominate whole game
but when i play with real madrid with the same person and that person host,i do my tactic like same and is failure because it isn't tactical failure,it's error script=bug the host is advantaged
not all time but it happens
are matches where the host choose a weak team and you verry strong and still can't beat him because you miss a lot,your players create occasions but miss,even the gk is down

I have never understood what was so funny about those jokes... Of course having a mode such as " Be a Golkeeper" is only natural seeing as how there are very different mechanics involved when it comes to outfield players and a goalkeeper.
It's not far out at all, if anything it's only to be expected
