About Starforce, this is what Clément told me:
"I don't know if it will be Starforce or not (editor's choice). As it's the only real
protection in the game industry (all other choices seems to me pure marketing to make the
community happiest, but their games are cracked before the release ) i guess it will be
the same." |

To me, the screenshots look quite much the same as last year - which I think is positive, since it could mean that they have spent time working on other more important parts of the game. |

Many games are available on the net even before they are released. And even if they are not they will be shortly after the release. |

The series of Cycling Manager continues his small catch of way with Pro Cycling Manager Season 2007 that Cyanide Studio and Interactive Focus Home have just announced. This new grinding of the play of management of cycling will take again obviously the large axes of these predecessors, while introducing a mode career re-examined, an updated interface or a I.A. improved. The graphic aspect, which forever be the strong point of the series, will be also re-examined with the rise in particular with the implementation of last technologies of shaders. Small innovation for this edition, a version PlayStation Portable is with the program, although this one drops the side management to concentrate on the races in real time with a gameplay a little more arcade that its elder. The whole is awaited for June 20 on the two platforms and here besides some first images of version PC.

In development by Cyanide Studio, the new Pro Cycling Manager/Tour de France 2007 for PC strives to create the ultimate in sports simulation, while still being approachable to newcomers to the series. The Management game's career mode has received a significant reworking, offering a more intuitive interface, transfer system, simulation engine and scouting tools. These updated features have been modeled on real-world cycling to give players the truest feeling of being a team manager. In real-time mode, the gameplay has been fine-tuned and made even more comprehensive than ever, opening up new possibilities in the races, and an improved AI for more varied behavior to generate an incredibly realistic gameplay experience.

Is this translated already?

Translatet over translate.com so its really difficult to read, but try..
Since already several years, the new edition of the France Turn accompanies itself of a new Cycling To Manage and this season 2007 will not do us to lie with the published announcement this morning by Cyanide / Focus: Pro Cycling To Manage Season 2007 will see effectively the June 20 next day, while the France Turn will begin only July 7 to London. Six captures accompany this announcement and Focus does not dry up evidently any praises. "In his party management, the fine method career done skin nine with a new interface a lot more intuitive one, a new system of transfers, a simulation new motor, new functionalities for the recruiters… as much of copied elements on the true pro organization of the competitions that you colleront definitively in the skin of an athletic director. In his party simulation time real, the gameplay of Pro Cycling To Manage France Turn 2007 becomes again finer and more resulted. It proposes new possibilities in chases and an Artificial improved Intelligence in order to offer more varied behaviors for a game experience near of the reality." More original, this version 2007 should accompany themselves of a gone out on the PSP of Sony. Of course, it is not question to adapt the title PERCENT on the console and Cyanide specifies notably that "the party Management is abandoned to the profit of simulation time real". It question of a "condensed muscular of the method simulation time real of the version PERCENT" with "limited careers to 5 seasons, phases of unique gameplay, notably during the against-it-shows and the sprint phases, lengths of shorter races". No picture is nevertheless there to illustrate this version PSP that would have equally go out June 20 next one in France |

As I thought. It's a pretty general description of the game which is just pretty much a summary of Focus' press release. |

I had a first quick look at the screenshots for the new version and to me there's already 2 things that look like improvements : the surrounding environment is drwan much nicer which makes it nicer to ride stages, especially when you're doing this 220 km flat stage in which you just go along with the Peloton, there's something to look at. Secondly, I found that the font used for naming the riders in the race way too big. Looks like they've made that smaller - nice !
Now let's hope that they've also done something about the ridiculous large houses and cars besides the road. And maybe also make the villages and cities somewhat more realistic.
Wasn't going to buy 2007/2008, but I'm doubting now ... so I'll end up purchasing it anyway, I think

Yer darned tootin! I'm looking forward to the newest installment. I just hope they beta-test the heck out of it so that we don't have to struggle through a bunch of patches like last year. Hope they post more screenshots soon. |

I will wait for the Demo (which is far away I think) and then decide whether it's a must have or not
