That's Vaugrenard's style and it brought him a TdF stage win.
And PCM loves us. With that position we have to win.

What's the starting order have to do with the TTT performance?
Anyway I just want these flat stages to be over with now and start getting some points.

I think the early starters don't stand a chance in front of late starters that have the same value as them.
It's quite realistic I'd say. Who starts later knows exactly how much they need to push to win.

And they have actually implemented that into the game? Hmm, then I guess my position isn't all that bad either.

To be honest I haven't played too much PCM TTTs, mostly because I suck at them. But from what I've read it's quite a common opinion.

Its easily fixable in the editor, unfortunately Smowz didnt do this, and I think has played the whole race now, so its too late to fix it.
The effect of early/late starter isnt known, not sure if its actually been proved, more suspicions from some based on past experience that there seems to be a pattern. Just hopefully hasnt handed some teams an unfair advantage, while messing up others.

Geez, made the opposite mistake with JVH launching super early this time. Hopefully at the next oppurtunity he'll have it figured out. I was really hoping for a stage win or at least consistent top 3 performances here with a solid but not elite field of sprinters.

I can't believe how my team could come 17th!!! here. These TTT's are just totally random. Having lost 1 minute here Serpa is out of contention for top 10. Bah

Jack Wolfskin winning restores my faith in the TTT abilities in PCM11.

Well done JW. Brilliant result for us, although sadly there aren't huge time gaps.

Yeah, but only 2 seconds means it was quite tight.
Vaugrenard should keep the lead in the next stage and then everyone should work for Plaza and Gesink on the Green Mountain.

But there is some type of randomizing factor in it also, which is a good thing, making everything less static.
The team classification bug is a concern though. For the next races it should be altered if it get randomized again, even tough it might not have an effect on the results, but for the sake of being quite unrealistic.

I think your problem is the Tour of Oman. The stages there work pretty weird often. I am already looking forward on the ITT as it will become hilarious in my opinion.
And 5 of your TTers are bad hill and mountain riders and with bad luck these 5 were working on the uphill section.
In Oman you can win with a 60 TTer but 75 climber the final ITT. Similar problems on the TTT.
Definitely a weird race but I am sure that other TTT stages will work much more realistic. |

Hopefully... My only chance of a good race here is if Lavoine keeps doing well and then Serpa needs to attack very early on the mountain stage, otherwise he will finish the stage in 10-20th position :-/

I'll take that for Colombia - quite a good performance, though very weird in terms of the first time check for all teams. |

A little bit dissapointed with 5th here to be honest, the good things about it is that Pluchkin lost virtually no time on Gesink and Uran/Intxausti. Plus I get points from finishing in 5th I think.
Congrats to JW, another dissapointment would have driven alex to te verge of madness I reckon
Oh and Smows, are there any time bonification for the Top 3 in stage 5?
