I don't know if it was a bug but I had a problem with the sponsors. For example Bmb, S-Mobile had no defined rider regions in the database. So after changing the sponsor in the 2nd season no favourite region for the riders was defined. Now the normaly german sponsor was always unhappy with my complete german team. (3rd bar in sponsor menu always complete red and the two menus at the bottom are missing)
Can somebody tell, if the bug where some big riders like Andy Schlek, Cancellara etc. do not get a new contract and become free riders after a season and so on is still in the game?

Yes I did read the articel, but I forgot some information when writing my question.
In the articel it says that the patch fixes some problems when starting a custom team, and I have only tried to start a custom team. Therefore I thought that maybe this problem is only there when starting a custom team, and maybe therefore this is fixed, but it doesn´t say clearly what is fixed when starting a custom team. So my question is if somebody knows that? Or if somebody have heard anyone from Cyanide tell if this bug will be fixed later on?

Yes it´s reported in the english forum on Cyanides own forum. But I don´t know if they read the english forum, the most is in french, imo not smart with such an international game series to let the french language count as the most important. But I´ll report it in a pm to one of the moderators in their forum, so I´m sure they know about it. In my opinion it´s one of the most important bugs to correct, it´s pretty much ruining carrer gaming.
