From katushas press release. So guess he is not fired. Yet...
EDIT: Just saw that one from the Katusha-staff says that he is fired, so i guess he is. Maybe he just admitted using dope.
But still, a good initative from the team. With the fine.

He should pay out to the Tour de France too, as every rider who gets caught doping in any race should do, they are tarnishing that race even further.

They should punish really hard, life time ban + amazingly high fines

shss..heureka..that was the reason why Di Luca riding free. Why to risk? That makes sense. I must admit I had never contemplated things like that, but that bloody makes sense, indeed. |

What? i dont follow.. Those riders, like Di Luca, Armstrong, etc. who're riding for free, but with big bonus, and publicity wages instead.
Due to the fact they don't have a normal salary, they don't have to fear the 5 months, or one year of salary fine, as they don't get one. 5x0 or 12x0 is the same every way you look at it : 0. |

Oh, you ment that they didn't get salary. Now i see. Well, that's a way to protect yourself from that fine, and also very suspcious!

Does the UCI minimum wage law work in these cases? At least it would be something

Though i think it is given to riders who have come off ban or break(in armstrong case ) as Riccio,Basso,Millar all had that type of contract when they came back could mean 2 things though?

Kolobnev get gaught but how many others use doping and don´t get gaught? Can we be sure for example that the winner of Tour doesn´t use doping just because he doesn´t give positive sample? |
