My favourite cycling year. Thanks so much for doing this. This will be very fun to play, so thank you.
With the future sponsors feature in the game, historical db's will be even better for careers, than in the past.

Still got to fix some region errors though. There are riders with no nationality or wrong nationality because they have the wrong region ID set. |

I wouldn't mind knowing what the changes need to be made, so I can do them myself, instead of waiting for a fix, if its possible

Here's the fix. The fix fixes these problems:
* No teams weared helmets.
* A variant that was added, wasn't possible to play.
* Superprestige wasn't renamed CQ Ranking.
* Langeveld had a wrong region, causing him to have no nationality.
* Martella had a wrong region, causing him to have no nationality.
* Geremia had a wrong region, causing him to have no nationality.
* Giling had wrong nationality.
* The whole GLS Team was polish instead og danish.
Installation:
1. Open the .rar file using WinRar, 7zip or similar. Outpack the folder Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011 to your Cyanide-folder in Program files (usually: C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide).
2. Move Local.cdb to the Pro Cycling Manager 2011 folder in My Documents.
3. Move PCMNorge.2007DB.cdb to the Database folder inside the Pro Cycling Manager 2011 folder in My Documents.
4. Open your game. Go to options, and go to Database. Select PCMNorge.2007DB and enjoy!

I found another bug: there is no special classification-file e.g. for the tour de france.
Edit:
I took a look into my Cyanide-Folder, so there are a lot of classification files for 2007, but none of these are connected with the races in the DB. This should be fixed, if it's not already done. 
Edit2:
Stage 10,11 and 12 of 2007 tour aren't right connected. The stages-files are definitely in the stage_textures-folder, but not linked in the DB to their corresponding stage.

TDF 2007 - Stage 14 (ITT): Game crashes here, because instead of a time-checkpoint there is a king of the mountains-checkpoint, I guess. |

are all included stages made for PCM11? is it possible to find real cyclists (e.g. Peter Sagan) by scouting?

Also in this database people like Leipheimer, Sastre and Rasmussen will top at the Giro instead of the Tour. This should be corrected. Also italien riders should favor the Giro, but the big italien names (Di Luca, Simoni, Cunego) headed for the Tour instead |

All the stages are made/converted for PCM11, yes. At least they should have been.
About the scouting. It's not possible to add scouted riders in PCM11, at least not in the same way as in PCM10. PCM seems to reset the DYN_young_cyclist file when you start a career.

Eric Berthou is also Italian when he should be French. (Its weird seeing an Italian on Caisse)
But apart from the nationality errors it seems like a very good db!
Coyot as well is Italian

TDF 2007 Stage 20 (ITT): All riders with same time at the finish (simulating). I guess there is the wrong setting of intervals. |

Some of the av and ar - graphic files doesn't work correctly, because they were named wrong. E.g. for Team CSC, instead of "07_csc_transfert_av" its "07_csc_transferts_av".
