I feel by taking part in the Man Game, I can test my knowledge about cycling and see how good my management skills are against the rest of our community. This would be a new challenge for me and one I can sustain.
2) How do we know you'll be active?
I check the forums on average 4 times a day, and comment on a few posts thoughout the forums. I have been a member here for over 2 year's and gradually getting to know more people on the forum, whether it is through reading people's stories or playing online (competing in the track league). The Man Game will provide me with another project to focus on and get behind, to try and be successful.
3) Which nationality or region would you like your squad be based on?
My team will be German base with a few European rider's. I will be looking to the keep the team European because the main sponsor will be Eurovision and German TV network NDR, BBC will also be involved.
I have been playing the PCM games and their online versions for about three years pretty much every week and would like to take the entire experience to the next level by taking part in a game which makes actual team management and interaction between team owners the center piece of the action while leaving the actual racing to the computer simulation.

I have been reading PCM for every day for about three years now and have a great appreciation for the site despite the fact that I rarely post. I visit every day and I tend to mostly enjoy the opinions of long time users and the lively discussion hat tend to start up in the Cycling forum and sometimes also visit the PCM Projects section and the General area.
3. Which nationality or region would you like your squad be based on?
Because I left my application to the last possible moment this is actually a tough question. I initially thought about a team built around South East European riders, with Romania as the main area of recruitment but there are not enough riders there to sustain two teams and someone else expressed the same idea.
I now believe that, should my application be accepted, I plan to create a team around German riders, with secondary areas of recruitment in Denmark, Sweden and the Baltic states, If possible.
Deutsche Telekom will be the main sponsor of the team and I hope to draw in Arla, Carlsberg or LEGO as secondary sponsors.
