Is Rosseler injured? Or he doesn't ride by Bruyneel's decision? Because I though he would be one of the best helpers in the TTT, better than Irizar...

"“It was hard to make the selection of these nine riders," said Johan Bruyneel. “After the injury of Sébastien Rosseler, we still had a pre-selection of 14 riders. In the end we can say that the complete 2011 Tour roster has been chosen based on the strongest team from both a sportive and experience criteria."

Wow, we have an inverse 2010 lineup for contadors and schlecks team...
Contador will lack support for the mountains at saxo. Like Schleck last year
Andy has good support for the mountains, like Contador last year.
Those line ups are gonna have a good impact on the outcome of the tour. Im pretty sure Saxo Bank are gonna kill themselves, keeping the pack together, if they get the yellow jersey between the alps and the pyrenees...

Having a great team leader can do miracles for a team. Just look at OmegaPharma - Lotto 2011. On paper they don't seem all that, but they were very strong support for Gilbert and they also did pretty good in the Giro. I think we can expect the same from SaxoBank. Maybe Chris Sörensen will drop other team leaders in the Tour.

At least Sörensen looked pretty strong in the Dauphiné, so if he doesn't have to last all the way to the top in a MTF he can probably do some damage to GC contenders who have a bad day. |

Andrey Amador, David Arroyo, Rui Costa, Imanol Erviti, Iván Gutiérrez, Beñat Intxausti, Vasil Kiryienka, Ángel Madrazo, José Joaquín Rojas, Branislau Samoilau and Fran Ventoso.
Biggest suprice for me is David Arroyo, who do a double.
Anybody know what the hell Beñat Intxausti was doing under douphine, i was outside the top 100 in every stage, but still in the Tour squad ? |

Maybe Navarro will do it again as he did last year. |

Intxausti has had great results through the season, and the Dauphine was his first race since he witnessed the death of Xavier Tondo, so, cut him some slack maybe?

Yearh, i think you misunderstod me, i think Intxausti is one of spains biggest talents, and i know he was suppose to a do training ride with Tondo, when it tragicly happend.
And i know he been in top 15 in almost alle ace he had been at, but why is he going to the tour if he is not ready, i hope he is, i like to see him battel for the white !

I wanted Intxausti to stay in Euskaltel, but I know that the basque team hasn't the budget to keep Samuel, Anton and Intxausti. Now they are saying that Mikel Nieve and Jonathan Castroviejo are listening offers from other teams... damn!!! |

Nieve is going to stay with Euskaltel next year but Castroviejo is going to Movistar.

So fantastic with Lars Bak!! Amazing he have not been at the Tour yet, a good rider for many years, but now finally its going to happen it seems. So happy for Lars, great season for him, obv mostly with the top 5 in Paris-Roubaix!

They left off Larsson. I think they should have taken him over Noval, can be a big help in the TTT and also decent in the mountains. |

It might be unprofessional, but I think they picked Noval, because he is a very good friend of Contador. |

Yeah, Contador probably demanded that Hernandez, Navarro and Noval was going with him.
