@janne_837: thanks
Stage 6, Adelaide to Adelaide
Our mission:
-Keep the ochre jersey
-Keep the blue jersey
Depart in the last stage of TDU.
Many attacks, but Rabobank doesn't want to be a breakaway today.
Cav takes 6 points. Freire none. It's just 4 points between Freire and Cav in the Points classification
Cav takes another 6 points. He leads Freire with only with 2 points in the battle for the blue jersey. Freire must finish in the top3 if he wants the blue jersey.
5000 m to go. Freire is well positioned.
With 3000m to go he lost his position. He is in the middle of the peleton with Cav behind him.
With 1500 m the sprint starts! Matthews and Breschel in front. But no Farrar, Cav or Freire.
1000 m to go. Breschel, Matthews and Boom (who didn't even sprint) are in front. It seems like it is Breschel's day.
And he takes it! Matthews is second, and Freire 3rd!! It means that we have the ochre and blue jersey with Freire
The result:
1 Matti Breschel (Rabobank Cycling Team) 2h07'59
2 Michael Matthews (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
3 Óscar Freire (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
4 Lars Boom (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
5 Bert Grabsch (HTC - Highroad) s.t.
6 Brett Lancaster (Team Garmin - Cervélo) s.t.

8 Jan Ghyselinck (HTC - Highroad) s.t.
9 Sep Vanmarcke (Team Garmin - Cervélo) s.t.
10 Hayden Roulston (HTC - Highroad) s.t.
We had a very easy 1-4 here...Cav and Farrar didn't even sprint.

That`s domination. You would have won it without training camp for sure with this squad.
Until end of February you might dominate, then it will become harder.
Congrats to the great start. |

Rabobank: Our leader here will be Luis-Leon. He will have two helpers in the hills, Garate and Tankink. Our sprinter will be Matti Breschel. Free riders are Kruijswijk, Tjallingii, Martens and Langeveld.
Favourites: Paul Martens, Matti Breschel (both Rabobank) and J.I. Gutierrez (Team Movistar).
Allauch - Aubagne (141 km):
Start in the 2011 edition of Grand Prix Cycliste la Marseillaise.
The breakaway of the day: S. Langeveld (Rabobank), N. Bazin (Auber 93), R. Le Marchand(AG2R) and P. Quemeneur (Europcar)
Garate felt that he is in a good day so he escaped.
Garate and Bazin are caught. Only Langeveld in front.
With his last efforts he trie to attack again. No chance for him...he will get caught.
Fedrigo and Gutierrez attacked with 7 km to go ! I thought that i could catch them...
But no chance ! Fedrigo was too strong. He wins today ! B.Tankink gets second and P. Martens third! They caught Gutierrez in the sprint.
The result:
1 Pierrick Fédrigo (FDJ) 4h09'32
2 Bram Tankink (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
3 Paul Martens (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
4 José Iván Gutiérrez (Movistar Team) s.t.

6 John Gadret (AG2R La Mondiale) s.t.
7 Nicolas Vogondy (Cofidis, le crédit en ligne) s.t.
8 Christophe Kern (Team Europcar) s.t.
9 Rein Taaramäe (Cofidis, le crédit en ligne) s.t.
10 David Le Lay (AG2R La Mondiale) s.t. |

Rabobankur leader here will be Breschel. Our main sprinter will be Oscar Freire. Near him there will be T. Bos, T. Leezer and Graeme Brown. Breschel's helpers for the hills will be: R. Gesink, J. M. Garate and P. Martens.
Opposition: V. Nibali and I. Basso (Liquigas), P. Sinkewitz (Farnese-Vini) and A. Petacchi (Lampre-ISD).
San Vincenzo to Donoratico:
Depart today in the first italian race in 2011.
The breakaway is formed by 4 riders. C. Meyer (Garmin-Cervelo) is the most important rider.
Rabobank, Liquigas and Lampre working to catch the escapes.
With 7 km to go we have compact peleton. But Petacchi attacks !
But he is caught ! We will have mass sprint!
Oh! Bad luck for Rabobank! Freire had a puncture and is at the back of peleton. It's a good chance for Bos to show his strength.
With 1000 m to go he sprints for victory! He is above all.
And he wins! It's his first race in 2011 and he wins it! Nice start for him. Nibali gets second, Basso third.
The result:
1 Theo Bos (Rabobank Cycling Team) 4h56'32
2 Vincenzo Nibali (Liquigas - Cannondale) s.t.
3 Ivan Basso (Liquigas - Cannondale) s.t.
4 David Blanco (Geox - TMC) s.t.
5 Patrik Sinkewitz (Farnese Vini - Neri Sottoli) s.t.
6 Robert Gesink (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
7 Paul Martens (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
8 Matti Breschel (Rabobank Cycling Team) s.t.
9 Alessandro Bertolini (Androni Giocattoli) s.t.
10 Peter Kusztor (Atlas Personal - BMC) s.t.
Also a good place for Gesink. He outsprinted Breschel and Martens.

Indeed a nice win. I agree that changing to hard might be a good choice, normal is looking to easy for you.

This is supposed to be a sprinter's classic and there are only 2 sprinters in top 10.
Nice win though.
BTW are you playing with patch 1.0.4.2? If so, I'd suggest you reinstall 1.0.4.1 cause the 1.0.4.2 has a bug when it comes to sprints. It makes sprints a little but more realistic.

@VladuuTs
I think you can just install 1.0.4.1 over 1.0.4.2, but I'm not 100% sure. I don't want to ruin your career. |

It`s definitely possible. Did it many times with my career and the story is still living after starting it with 1.0.3.0 |
