Yeah and to be honest, I would have preferred both Phinney and Plaza :-)

And I preferred Coppel and Reus. I'd trade a "great" rider, for one I like. Makes the game fun for me.
EDIT: And I trade with people I like.
And I like that Ignatiev is in the lead, but I dislike the lack of time gaps. I feel like Stannard should have been punished for beating Ignatiev in a TT.

A decent result for my team. I was hoping Zirbel and Peterson could move a bit farther upon GC, but Jacques Maynes made off with 8th, which is a good result with such low expectations.

Just terrible. First no time gap on stage 4 and no Kirchen not even attacking. First goal failed

Well slightly disappointed that Kilun could not make the split - would have put him in the top 10, but it was a crap shoot really. Kilun should go better in the Tour of America.
Ignatiev had a fantastic race here and performed like the rider he certainly can be. At last Wiggle do make some significant ground on Ikea.
Difficult to see many of the promotion candidates really moving forward because of this - Milka had an okay race, as did Mercedes. It was teams like Unicredit, Tinkoff, El Al and even Cillit Bang (and 100% ME though they tumbled out of GC) who showed themselves here.

Exactly my point as to why we shouldn't have short term loans
But your trades haven't turned out for the worse for sure. Those riders have done wonders for you, and you have a lineup very different from everyone else, so definately a good move you took...

It turned from a good race to an ok race in the end. The last stage was too hard for Thor. Solid 9th place overall and a stage win.

Now Gasparotto actually begins to win races. This could be interesting. |

Rankings
Missouri/L-Z Update
Team
Missouri's win pushes Wiggle back up to the 1000 point margin of safety into the promotion zone. 100% Me are in 3rd, with SL Benfica holding onto 4th and Petronas 5th. The last 2 of the definite 4 promotion spots are therefore currently held by Milka and UBS - which then leaves Pendleton's and Santander close. Tinkoff meanwhile are up to 14th, an interesting position with the Tour of America having recently started.

No problem. I hadn't something to do this evening, so I made it by myself. I hope it is accurate.

Well chances of a top ten look pretty bleak for Red Bull at the moment - of course there is still time for the Tour of America to turn around, but the first three stages look like (despite a small field) we are going to struggle to break the 20 point per race day barrier.
The Tour of Britain looks set change both the team and individual - three stages left there in the last HC stage race of the season. We still have three big HC one dayers. Vattenfalls that should favour those poor sprinters (barring Hushovd the lack of them high on the overall speaks volumes), Emilia (Ricco/Ponzi anyone?) and Japan Cup (Gilbert anyone?).
I am almost certain there will at least six promotion spots available (Four + La Gazzetta + Auber 93). But there is that chance one or two other Protour teams may call it a day (the lack of comments by the Warner Brothers team boss is a concern) or Starbucks somehow avoid relegation (I don't think they will by the way). It does open things up for teams down to Red Bull - Santander in particular. Position though is important for goals and prestige as much as anything else!
Looking at the individual - can anyone catch Taaramae? Ponzi's greater race days could get him up there. Gilbert and Efimkin I think have a number of race days left also but is a bit far back. Dominating a short tour does seem to just give the advantage to the Estonian - then again winning Burgos and San Luis is a fine achievement.
