Tour of the Channel Islands Discussion

Interesting to see the rankings after that one...

1) We note that Ignatiev looks now a remote prospect of individual glory ... unless he wins his last two races. I see the hilly guys challenging Taaramae soon though with things like San Sebastian on the horizon.

2) Ikea if we factor in the soon to be completed Tour fo Slovenia are beginning to stretch away from the spluttering (and thats just the manager) Wiggle team.

3) The gap between Benfica and certain crappy new team named after that energy drink is about 600 points this covers many many teams - this is where the promotion contenders surely lay!

1) Ponzi will win that Wink

2) I'm pretty sure Ikea will have raced a lot more days than me, with the majority of their race leader days having been used in stage races, rather than the single dayers coming up. Which is where my season aims lie, generally speaking. Then there's Missouri for Ignatiev, where he could do well...

That was a really good race for me. I had no expectations in this race, but I got nice number of points and finally a stage win for Dall'Antonia.
In the teams ranking it looks quite good for me. I have much better season than the last year's and with some good luck it looks I have a chance for a top 10 result. Smile

Even with a decent run in the 8 or so hilly races for Ginanni still to come Vespa have little chance of getting anywhere near the Top 10. Very poor.
