Luis León is indeed not involved. Alberto León, biker and also involved in the OP has caused the confusion to the retarded Tele 5 ¿journalists? (Seriously, you non Spaniards can't even imagine a such a joke of a TV channel). |

It's a Danish continental team, meaning either:

I guess it could also be Designa Køkken - Blue Water which was/is set to close at the end of this year. There are still a bunch of riders on the team without contracts for 2011.
It's Team Stenca.

Correct.
I couldn't help but notice this quote:
"We are running under the slogan 'everybody deserve a second chance' - and it will show in our rider signings. Michael Rasmussen is the sole captain of the team," said Claus Hembo, design director of the sponsor company.
Signing former dopehead ... yay. |

A journalist of Tele 5 (yup, the retarded TV) keeps saying that Luisle is involved in the O. Galgo. The rest of the Spanish media (bar ABC) denies this, though. I'm confused. |

And they said that they've recieved CVs from 50 riders, where there are many internationals from former PT teams.. so anyone knows where Schumacher is next year |

I do seem to recall though that he used to train with Celta Vigo. |

Pegasus is very close to folding.
It's not guaranteed, but it's looking so bad that the riders have been told to find new teams.

Am I the only person who thinks they never had a sponsor locked in, and that they tried to get the UCI to give them a PT license hoping a sponsor would sign on then? |

I suspect the sponsor demanded a PT license, and was holding out until they had one, but due to a lack of good riders to sign for the team, well, yeah, no PT license, and no sponsor, and a search for another one failed. |

Like a new Sony-Ericsson?
According to CN, they did have a sponsor, but it was scared off by the Contador case. |

Signing Zajicek can't have helped.
On a side note, notice how the media are dead silent on Zajicek. Ridiculous.

About your Zajicek thing, back when Joe Papp talked to the USADA in September, he gave them a list of names who were doping, and they planned on releasing a list of 15-25 names of pro and elite cyclists who were caught. I don't recall the list ever coming out, but apparently someone from the top 5 of a specific ToU stage was on it.
In the top 5 of that stage were Leipheimer, Mancebo, and Zajicek (Ian Boswell and Darren Lill were the other two).
Basically, if the list has just been delayed, there is a chance Zajicek's name will be popping up sooner rather than later. |
