Shockingly bad TTT /how surprising

My first ever TTT win on the PT and my first maglia rosa. I'm not sure about this but isn't Michael Færk the first Dane to wear the leaders jersey in a PT Grand Tour in man-game history?
Its quite possible. I think Michael Rasmussen's best GT was the 2008 Tour, where he was 10th - with a peak GC placing midway through the race of 3rd. He won the KoM jersey there, but thats probably as close as it has got for Danes in GTs in the game.

Wow i'm doing shit at the Giro. Had much higher expectations to Lavoine. I actually thought he would be among the 3-4 best sprinters in the Giro. Also Sonney not doing anything. That must be because he is helping Lavoine.
I really had high hopes for this train:
Diego Ulissi - 73 Sprint
Vladimir Bileka - 76 Sprint
Roman Maksimov - 79 Sprint
Blaise Sonnery - 78 Sprint
Anthony Lavoine - 80 Sprint

Was Rujano dropped or was he involved in the crash? Another minute lost
Nice to see Leezer in the break for the 3rd time in 4 stages though

About Leezer, I should keep my notes a bit better for these Protour races, I am not as familiar with the riders and the jerseys! Rujano went for the last mountain and just slipped off the back, it was a case of poor positioning.
That stage was very dramatic...
Guys here is my schedule for this next week:
Monday: Stages 7 and 8 (up to Terminillo)
Tuesday: Stages 9,10 and 11 (up to L'Aquila)
Wednesday: Stages 12 + 13 + 14 (Up to Mount Grappa)
Thursday: Stages 15 (Zoncalon)
Friday: Stage 16 (Plan de Corenas TT)
Saturday: Stage 17, 18 and 19 (Mortirolo)
Sunday: Stages 20 and 21 (Gavia + TT) |

Great to capture the mountains jersey.
Really don't understand why Bosisio consistently doesn't do anything. He's as good as Proni in the hills and better in the mountains. Already 5 minutes back. |

Great job by my captains to both be in the front. They are just about status quo after the 2 bad TT's... That's nice, and odes good for a shot at one of them making it into the Top 10. Still need lots of luck to do it though, but they took time back on some contenders...
What I don't seem to get though is the stage results, which I really should be getting. Ulissi getting 11th in a sprint of 30ish riders. He is Italian and have a good finish. Today he should be top 3... Poor!

Wow, the Giro has just got interesting, although I doubt a minute will be enough on Cunego unless he is injured
Also, after Auber has been putting up points all year, it appears that Wiggle are doing more than anyone else to take points from them.

Which is fine by me, considering if Wiggle get promoted, and Auber fail to be demoted (highly likely currently - yes, I am just too damn good a manager!!!! ) then Auber will not continue.

Ballan down wasn't good, but at least Marzano kept put of turble. With Cunego down maybe everyone else will have a chance.

Yes - that's the big question with Cunego...did he pick up an injury? If he did, the Giro will be a whole lot more interesting when it gets down to the business end of things. |

Quite good so far. Devolder looked set for the Maglia Rosa on the crazy stage, but ended up losing time in the end, unfortunately. |
