Seriously. You would think that the Spanish federation would try and clean their public image a bit, after the Valv.Piti. case. Instead, they just keep on protecting their athletes. This way Spanish athletes won't have any credibility anymore. |

Well, he just ate bad food, just stop the mess and let the guy win the TDF again and again, after all he's a champion, it'd be unfair to suspend him. |

According to the president of the RFEC, the Contador case will be as long as the "defense of the athlete requires". Don't expect any resolution before 2/3 months.

It's one thing saying "I hope that he is clean" another saying "I hope we can clear him".
On the other hand, it clearly exposes the spanish federation. Spanish federation sucks, long live SPAINE

It's just another reason why it shouldn't be up to the national federations to punish their athletes. |

Popovych's house was raided. They seized several medications, no word yet on whether any of them are illegal (I doubt it).

GN NetCom (division of GN Store Nord) is rumoured to be one of the sponsors of Team Lux.
They were also named when Team Saxo Bank was looking for a new sponsor -- which is hardly a coincidence. |
