well ive just been recieved a message from scott:

wow nice result for sky there
well same routine for me today early wake up , breakfast, then plan for the day either in the team bus or the hotel lobby or if we are at home that day sky hq but todays on the bus, Todays set up like this
weekdays:
8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast
9:30 - 10:00 get ready for training
10:30 - 10:45 morning Brief
11:00 - 1:00 Gym Work
1:15 - 2:00 Dinner/cooldown/afternoon brief
2:30 - 5:00 personal fitness/group ride
5:10 - 6:30 showers/cooldown/spa/yoga <if you like yoga
6:45 - 8:00 Tea/Next day brief
8:00 - 11:00 approx Socialising/free time
Weekends:
mainly free time or personal fitness
the days do differ bnut thats what i today which wasnt to bad acctually
just got an email for the stage 2 results and its more good news

apparantly theres rumours going around that the team are of to america well santa barbara on the west coast to be precise but non the less thats going to be awsome !
not sure if its going to happen but if we do go i bet there will be some good cycling to be done although they betetr get it booked quick as its nearly the end of the ''pre season'' mark so to speak!
Well the tour of qatar is over and we did resonably well especially at the beggining of the race its good to see the guys and for them to share there storys, sounds like it would of been a good trip
heres the results of all the stages its ashame i couldnt go to get some pictures! but im sure ill find some somewhere!!

well Looks like the rumours were right the team are of to Santa Barbara , USA for ten days mainly to get the big riders ready for the upcoming pr tour races which yes.. means i get to tag along aswell. Being a trainee is awsome Chris froome is coming aswell to keep me company but theres two races that are on the same dates so i have to choose which one to go on!
Im sure ill decide soon enough!
So im of to america tommorow cant wait should be fun we get a couple of days to chill so ill take some pictures!
Heres a snazzy picture of the hotel we are staying in looks nice... better than anything ive been in before

Well up early in the morning. Stayed back in blackburn last night and i have to rendevoux with the team at team hq by 7:00am so yeah... that means me getting up insanley early (1:00am) but anyway the roads were clear and it didnt take too long!
It was good to see the family, my parents cant believe how much ive matured... which is right but you have to in this proffesion!
long flight acroos the pond we arived at 4:00pm after long waits at the airport. But america sure is big but i could imagine living out here!
we got the first day off so im going to get some pictures, plus side is that the hotel is right next too the beach so i think its tanning time :L . and of course get the boss in the sea (forcefully)
so i got some good pictures just of the suroundings me steve cummings, geraint and chris had a look in the town they got a beer and i was stuck with a glass of cola but its all good . so another nine days here which will be good but no doubt the training will be difficult tommorow but hopefully i can prove im ready for my second race of the season !

Well santa barbara is over and ive never been so physically exhausted theres a few races coming up so maybe i may get a chance maybe not well have to find out!
first race back is tommorow ive looked at the team schedule and theres a few 1.1 races id like to do. i might ask about them instead of waiting to be asked... well ive also noticed theres lots of cobbled races in the next month or two but ive never ridden cobles before cant be too hard (ppfft)

Well apparantly the boys pulled it off over in belgium but ive just got the race standings here:
The team is really pulling it off in every race now the wins are flying in. Maybe Juan can be a contender for the Paris-roubaix im sure he'd love that.
Ive also got some great news for myself Scott Sunderland the boss came and saw me today and asked if id like to race in My first 4 day race the KBC-Driedaagse De Panne-koksijde abit of a mouth full but it seems great theres even a time trial so maybe i can show my worth in that, I still cant believe ive been asked to race but ill have to get my self physically and mentally prepared although i think im fit enough and the terrain doesnt look to bad!
My personnal target for this race is:

Obviously im excited for this but abit nervous as to how ill preform the team seem to have the up most confidence in me but do I?
Anyway the racing stays in Belgium for the
Kuurne-Bruxelles-Kuurne And i think we can preform again in this race the team is as follows:-

UPDATE:
Ill be away this weekend im of to abersoch to thoses who know it
good cycling there and nice beaches so ill update again on monday.
im off at 12 today so ill get abit done now but incase anyone is thinking why no more posts over the weekend this is the reason
oh and thanks too everyone with posotive feedback means alot
my first real life side willbe posted soon got some pics of me on the bike in france so ill be sure to post them

I Need to start focusing on my upcoming race to many riders in the squad this isnt a big deal but i really want to achieve my goals! 30th in the young riders would be ideal ( if theres that many young riders! ) but anything better would be fantastic. Stefan wont be there but he gave me some kind words and some tips so ill put them to good use!
But for now its hard training and keeping my self in top form!

Apparantly the team scouts have spotted and irish rider called Tommy Feehan and they have good words for him infact many say he could bethe next sean Kelly. And the team seem pretty set to sign him He's 18 and classed as a fighter so im going to have to work hard if i want a place on the team especcially if theres a rider who's set to be a future great !

The Team for the Paris - Niice is being named today and thats the race im going to follow! Mainly because it ahs a Time Trial and id like to get some tips of the riders for my upcoming time trial! Plus i prefer French cycling to italian! (just my opinion)

Well the Time TRial is over and i had a great day Brads and I had a chat about time trialing and it really made me feel more confident about..well time trialing! My speciality is as a fighter but i think i have a hidden skill for timetrialling its self

Here in abersoch and the cycling is great today I

Well im back and a full race update may have to wait due to this fing patch that is coming out!
i dont know if i can carry on playing and the patch will work or what! I really dont want to have to start again because ive got far with this but then again i dont want to carry on if all these bugs have been fixed so when i get more infoon this bug beta patch being releases.. anyone that follows will be informed wther or not i will continue with the fantasy side atleast due to the fact i have lots of the real side to update!
so only time can tell
