Yes, but they still take a long time to load. 5000 x 3000 is far too big. The Imageshack link scales it to 640 x 462 - and it doesnt need to be bigger than that.
If you resize the image to those dimensions before uploading, it will be much faster for you to upload, and for people to then load it
