Arashiro number 6 - or not, since Turgot had a puncture and Arashiro gave him his bike. |

Will both Cav and Renshaw be disqualified? |

Not Cav's fault, so why disqualify him?
Because he benefited. He held back Cavs opponents.
It would be like Vino throwing Andy off a cliff and then Contador winning because of it... |

Should just be Renshaw. I get this feeling Renshaw always moves to the side and 'accidentaly' blocks other sprinters. It looks that way, anyway. |

Yes, let's disqualify Cavendish over something Renshaw did. Great idea. I also would like to disqualify Schleck, Armstrong and who else?
Good win by Cavendish today, very long sprint.

It's the Garmin riders fault. He was about to make Renshaw drive in to the barrier. Why not fight back. |

They can't disqualify Cav for what Renshaw did. Renshaw will probably be disqualified though.
He won't care about that. Still a job well done in the eyes of his employers. So you got to hit where it hurts. It's a team sport and as a team they cheated, even if Cav was not to blame. |

No they shouldnt. Cavendish did nothing wrong, so there is absolutely 0 reason to disqualify Cavendish.

Great win by Cavendish and as I expected, Petacchi is back in green. |

+1. Dean was trying to cut off Renshaw. And he protected his place. Then, yes, Renshaw cut off Farrar. Nowhere in this sequence did Cavendish do anything wrong. |

Cavendish blameless.
However... Renshaw does deserve a punishment.

I don't know, did he actually try to headbutt him? (I'm using text coverage, not TV.) |

I guess nobody could protest if Renshaw was thrown out of the race. They porbably got some rule about very unsportsmanship riding they could use. Cavendishs victory will be hard to take back. |
