I have made a zcts file for the entire Isle of Man, so you can expect quite a few Manx races to be made over the next day or so.
Historical Race
Manx International
Originating in 1936, and last run in 2003, the Manx International takes in three laps of the famous Isle of Man TT (Motorbike) course. Winners of this race over the years include Jacques Anquetil, Tom Simpson, Rudi Altig, Robert Millar and David Millar.

Worlds Variant
Isle of Man (Douglas)
Also using the Snaefall Mountain course, this version does 4 laps of the course - making it a suitable variant for the World Championships.

Historical Race / Worlds Variant
Isle of Man Mountain TT/Manx International TT
A race that was also part of the Isle of Man cycling festival, alongside the Manx International, an individual time trial taking in 1 lap of the famous course. Chris Boardman set a course record of 1:23:54 in 1993. As well as a stand alone time trial, this course is ideal to be isued as the ITT in the Isle of Man world championships course.

It will be in of course.
And for the mangame - in short, because the old stage editor is A) Hopeless; B) So much harder to use. For the man game it is only old time trial, that I placed in the Isle of Man - this one here is the proper time trial, and entirely accurate.

Nice 1km prologue
Are there time differences at all? Even the worst TT rider can`t lose time on 1km |

Just about, yes - the field will probably be spread by 5-10 seconds depending on who rides.

SN, how do you make islands? The game seems to make a land bridge no matter what I do

I dont think its possible to make an island completely surrounded by sea - the editor doesnt seem to like it when you try to overlap different bodies of water.
I just used one big sea, trying to wrap it round the ireland as much as possible, and then without overlapping where the sea edges 'meet'
Its not perfect, but its probably as good as is possible

Thats not how PCM10 Stages work The game works out the profiles automatically, when you import a gpx file - and you can make gpx files on websites like bikeroutetoaster.

I suspected as much. I've been trying to find a profile of this race but couldn't find a good enough one.

I played the 21th stage ITT. And the game crashed.. So i ended up simming it. I won TDF, won the Green Jersey, won the Climber Jersey and the u25 classification. With the same guy!

i have found a usable gpx file but it seems to have an extra bkit thrown in with another 12km and another climb.
also, that graphic shows it as a 66km long loop, yet you're 3-lap stage is 183km not 198

The one with another climb wont be the proper TT circuit
And that gpx doesnt add up with my stage itself, because I include more roads in the gpx as PCM10 requires 2km of roads after the stage, and 2km of roads before. And the fact that there is no combined Start/Finish for circuits, so I had to put the start on a different road to the finish.
Give me a few mins, Ill upload a GPX only containing the route of the lap itself.
