do not expect any racing between the favourites...probably a group of 10-15 riders, all favourites, will come together...they should put at least a small finish climb, with 3-4km, somewhere near S.J.d Maurienne |

Sanchez will win in the downhill if he doesn't loose to much time on the climb

Vino is also a very good downhill rider, if Astana manage to get to the Madaleine with any other rider to help contador. |

I agree, but I think that Astana will do what they did in the previous stage and will sit on the front and drive the pace until Contador is the only one in the team with legs left. |

Maybe Lance's goal now is the mountain jersey? |

I'm thinking maybe an euskaltel rider or two in the break and sanchez to go away on the top of the madelane and the downhill and join up with him teammate(s) in the valley part. |

I disagree with that. i think that what they did the other day was more a personal revenge with Amstrong than really a smart Tour tactic.
Now they don´t have the pressure. BMC will have to control the race ans as it is impossible Saxo will have to do it. Also maybe Euskatel will try to set a good pace for Samuel. if not there will hundreds of attacks from riders which need to get some time to be on the fight again, like Gesink, Basso, Purito Rodriguez....
It also depends if there is breakaway with enough time to arrive. It will be much more fun if there is not because both fights will be together, for the stage and for the Top 10. I also think that the 3 favorites will arrive together unless a disaster happens. |

S. Chavanel going for the polka dots?
Also, Voigt is in the breakaway. Cunego is also there with Moreau and Popovych. |

He said the same today on Norwegian television.
Edit: But I guess it's not that hard to go for the first one.
