Didn't watch F1 for two years. I've watch this race to middle and now I don't want to watch it again. Maybe in two another years

Well according to the F1 Website there's no problem at all.
And the general verdict is that the ban of refuelling, while creating a slow-burn effect initially, made the racing much more exciting.
Sure. That is undoubtedly the general verdict |

Awesome race. Obviously helped by the rain so we'll have to wait a few more races to know if the re-fueling ban is good or not.

Albert Park delivers again! Great drama and overtaking action. I feel sorry for Vettel, but it's good to see Button win again, and nice one Kubica - fantastic race for him.
Let's hope for more rain this season. |

Yeah great race. Too bad Vettel couldn't win it.
And the refueling ban isn't good or bad by itself. There wasn't refueling before the 90s and there was exiciting racing before. |

poor Vettel He would have won last year if not for unavoidable problems caused by the car and this year might also be a repeat of last year if the car keeps on having malfunctions.

Spoiler Also poor luck for Hamilton to get taken out from behind by Webber But it was more exciting than last race I thought.

Excellent race. Looked like a GP2 race with all the excitement.
Congratulations Button. The only guy who didn't do anything stupid nor had any problems, so he won. Well done.
Kubica is a god. Sure, he was lucky, but 2nd with that car? Awesome
Massa was equally brilliant. Had to drive around with a broken diffuser the entire race, ergo no grip, and still finished on the podium. Amazing.
Vettel was so unlucky.
Hamilton made a boneheaded move off-track on Friday and another one on track on Saturday. Alonso made a very boneheaded move on Sunday. And Webber made about 4 of them. So, no surprise none of them finished high, considering the mistakes they made.
I'll bet Mateschitz and the rest of the Red Bull brass are counting down the number of races until Webber retires and Kimi comes in.
I haven't read Webber's quotes, but being Webber he'll no doubt have some excuse and blame the crashes on someone else.
Will someone at McLaren slap Hamilton around? He keeps criticising the team time and time again. And when he's the one to screw up he just shrugs it off. Show some gratitude and professionalism, man. And losing his cool and shouting at the team twice during the race doesn't bode well, either.
Rosberg once again showed he's a pussy. Get even slightly alongside him and he'll give you the position even if he has the inside line. Pathetic.
Liuzzi once again shows that everywhere he goes in his career, he's excellent. When's he gonna get a good car?
Finally, I loved Alonso's radio conversation.
Luca Baldiserri: "Hamilton is behind you at 1.5"
Alonso: "I don't want to know"

I didn't realise that. That explains then why he was sliding around so much, so indeed that was a very impressive drive.
Considering that Red Bull supposedly have the edge on the rest of the field (at least on low fuel) their start has been extremely disappointing with only 9 points.

Every racer everywhere in the world (except for the idiots in the BTCC. But nobody cares about the BTCC) knows the rule: you only switch sides at most once between each corner. Hamilton switched 4 times on the same straight. He blocked Petrov as blatantly as is humanly possible.
The regulations state the penalty is a 25 second stop and go penalty, which makes you lose around 50 seconds.
The stewards gave him a warning. if he was on any team except McLaren or Ferrari that wouldn't have happened. Pathetic driving and corrupt stewards.
What's wrong with Alonso's head? He had a gearbox problem so was slow as hell through the corners (he was still fast on the straight so he couldn't be overtaken without risks that no teammate will take).....yet he didn't let his teammate past? That's fantastically dumb. I'm surprised Ferrari didn't radio him to let Massa past. They already didn't do the same in Australia when Massa had a damaged car and Alonso was behind and much faster. It was also very dumb back then
Later the problem sorted itself out, but by then Massa had lost a ton of time. The fact that the Ferrari was faster than the Red Bulls just makes it more cringe-worthy.
The fact that Alonso's engine ended up blowing (which was unrelated to the earlier problem, by the way) just dials it up to eleven.
And well done Rosberg, for once.
Anyway, well done Vettel. Again
Cool race. F1 isn't boring this year.....for once
PS: How hilarious was qualifying?
The two biggest teams failing in such a basic way was hilarious.
PPS: Hispania made it \o/

But Massa was ahead of Alonso for the entire race, it was Massa who was unable to pass the Toro Rossos in the first stint, with Alonso behind him.
(Entire race of course excluding the section where Massa had pitted, but Alonso hadnt)

Qualifting was Hilarious. But why schedule a race if they know it's going to rain between 4-5 at this time of year. Wht not schedule later in the year. Great race though. I loved the fact Vettel won clearly deserved. I just hope Alonso can pull it together for the rest of the season as he's my new favourite since Kimi left. Boo Hoo. When alonso's engine blew with 2 laps to go I nearly killed the remote. Luckily for the remote there was a carpet or else it would have been masacred.

Alonso's engine blowing immediately after messing up a move on Button was hilarious. Great comic timing, whether coincidental or not.

Apparently, I missed an amazing race today. Watching the highlights now.
From watching them, Schumacher was really humiliated today |
