Great end of the season for Gutiérrez Palacios! He won Herald Sun Tour's TT and now this. Too bad his contract will probably not be renewed.
I didn't want him before, but now, as a free Spanish Champ, I am seriously interested
Nevermind. I will renew his contract and you will pay for him. |

Well ... I wanted both
But the small NCs are a bit of a lottery, so I guess I'll just have to be satisifed |

YEAH!!! I have only gotten one champ so far, but it was indeed the only one I really wanted. Danish Champion Brian Vandborg! Too bad he didn't win the TT aswell...

that canadian event was kinda odd. maybe it should've been mixed with usa
Not really feasible given the strength of the USA field

Julien Mazet? Excellent win and the French Champion for Eurosport.
Guess he'll want a pay rise - though could put a CT team in with a good chance of a wild card to the TdF for a continental team.... |

Or could be used to trade into a new French team for some prominant existing riders...

Wowoweewaaaah Mercado's the new Spanish champion!! That was unexpected
also Nicácio dominated the American TT champs. Having been the last CT team to promote, I guess I shouldn't be celebrating that much, there probably won't be money for this champion jerseys...
a question SN: isn't the mexican championship going to be atributed?

Mexico isn't on the South American continent, it is part of North America
edit: although I see the benefit of lumping the Mexicans and Canada in with the rest of the non US countries. As SN says there are quite a lot of US riders so a separate race is necessary
Edit 2.0: I just hope whoever wins the US race is someone already on my team. I don't want to have to fight for him
Edit 3.0 aka "yes this is getting ridiculous and I should just make a new post: BMC has the strongest overall team but Van Garderen/Phinney/Danielson/Zabriskie are the likely favorites

Yes, ok. Every rider who wins technically has a great win, you don't need to comment upon every single one to prove you want/deserve a team.
In fact, saying pretty much exactly the same thing over and over gets very tiring, very fast, to those of us who read the threads.

Hmm, I must have overlooked Mexico. They shouldve gone with Canada really.
Any objections of EnergieDiesel's Perez Cuapio takes the RR, and BMC's Colex the TT? The only 2 signed riders, and thats how it would go stats wise

Shame Cappelle missed out on riding the Belgian championships. Think he would have done pretty well.

No, I demand a race for that to be decided fairly! Just kidding I'll take the deal.
@Levi: double? naa, I need a national championships hattrick to satisfy myself now

So, Cunego finsihed of an amazing season the way I hoped; He's finally got the Italian jersey for a year
And he actually came pretty close to the double |
