As SN has mentioned previously... his interest in the Continental Tour would decrease significantly if he didn't have 100% ME. And with the amount of work he puts in, you surely wouldn't want that to occur

Think also one of the things with extremely successful continental teams is that they will need a lot of money to keep hold of extremely successful continental riders.
Will be doing my best to keep hold of Ginanni, but probably won't be left much change from his salary for the rest of the team. Can see from this season that he won't get enough points to get Vespa promoted all by himself - so get to the stage where he either leaves or stays and the team slip down the rankings. |

Or you use your managerial skills to keep him, but loan him out for a season, enabling an influx of riders to get you promoted, and still retain his services. Doesn't take much in the way of skill to get around most problems.
