Does he not go to 81MO 80TT if you train him as a stage racer and 77MO 82TT if you train him at TT. Tenorio will be 79MO 77TT next year and, barring new top talents introduced, those two will fight it out for the win.
Its worse, much worse than that
81 MO, 83 TT - thats what Phinney will be

I disliked Henao Montoya's attitude, especially when he should put a great display so that I would surely renew with him. I don't know what to do now, to be honest. |

Wow, you really flew through these races. 7th and 10th is pretty good I guess, just lost to much time on the hilly stages, next year I will hopefully challenge Phinney, although he will probably be too strong.

Fair enough, it would be good to get the man game running as fast as real life next season

It runs much faster than real life! This season has been like 10 months long because of the change over to PCM09.
Plus SN has many more helpers doing races etc than previous years.

Also, another reason for the fastness of Avenir is that I actually raced it in December - planning ahead since I knew I would be doing this and TONE at the same time
Well, its been roughly a year since the last transfers, so you could say that we are going more or less as fast as real life

I was measuring from end-season to end-season, and obviously there are reasons. Just hoping we can get the next season done by Christmas time or so.

Hmmm, I thought Stetina and Howes could race this, I must have been mistaken.
Late correction - but I finally remembered why Howes wasnt in it - its because you had him in your Univest GP team

And late addition to the season progress discussion: The racing has been much faster than usual. What took time this season was that Crommy left at the end of the last season / beginning of this one without leaving the files for SN (and me). Obviously, it took some time to regenerate all this material.
After SN got what he needed, I do feel that the game has been progressing at a much better pace than the previous seasons. |

Sorry, just saw it now. I suppose you are aware of his wage. It's way too big right now, though it won't be even bigger after the renewals phase. |

A total season in 7-8 months would be absolutely perfect for my own perspective, as I wouldn't be all to impatient then :-)

Offer him half or something silly, of what he wants first round, then go halves between half and what he wants second round, and if he still wants too much 3rd round, offer him nothing (ie sack him). Nothing to lose in trying!

Yeh, and after adding a team of reporters, who have their own private subforum, sorting out who does the races, and then getting them done has become much more efficient. This inevitably leads to a faster flow of the game, as has been shown over the last few months
