I'm not cycling but sometimes I go out for a 20-30km trip and then I hold about 25km/h
What i do nest is to play floorball ^^
What the hell is floorball u all thinkin now, it is a Swedish sport like hockey but without all those silly protection and played on floor instead of ice. I am 15 but play in Division 1 (That's the 3rd actually) for my local team Bele Barkarby. Won the Pointsleague last season and we finished 4th and just missed promotion by 3 points. (3 points for win,1 for draw)

how many substitutions you want, you play like 1 minute each sub
Pitch: 40x20 meter
Goalkeeper sits down, goal 1x1,2 meter

i haven't been to Evans in a while so i might go down, last time i went i only bought some new gloves, the Disco ones with the nike tick, feel really nice

haha, the jersey i picked up was £15 and i might to back and buy a long sleved thermal + Winter gloves soon!
Maybe some overshoes too, and some tights. Then a new turbo. I need a lot of new stuff. I've been to the one up in York a few months back, it was ok. (I go up to York alot, Grandparents are up there)

we have loads of Bike shops in Yorkshire, ion nearly ever big town, Harrogate, York, Malton, and what ever other places are in North Yorkshire

We have quite a few bike shops, but their all small, and all focused on mountain bikes and BMX's
