I'm sorry, Waghlon, but it really is my turn to win the Tour. |

Just noticed that Kloden must have lost time on those early stages too.
Mancebo for the Tour I say. Would be great if the AI let him pick up 30 minutes or so in a successful break. |

Does any one else see how this is set up? Karpets crashes twice in two day, i blame the Philips team, they are obviously trying to kill the guy.
Davis makes me a bit happier.

Other than Dekker's crashes the previous year, his lack of helpers (= Dekker getting too tired too early) has been why he's lost. I guess Duarte will recover sooner or later, but at this point, he's the one who's injured the most (he crashed twice. At the 2nd crash, he had just been dropped from the peloton due to his 1st crash...).
Point being: Although I acknowledge that pretty much all other teams have been more unlucky than me, it's not like my team has come out of this 100 % intact. Plus, I did have my share of bad luck over the past many seasons

A nice 3rd place for Plaza is even better than the 5th by Joaquin. So far quite a nice recovery from the hold up.

great from Zabriskie, minor shame it was him who lost time and went well as opposed to Coppel who looked poised for yellow. Still great win and white jersey. Somehow Spilak has made it through unscathed.

Surprising to see Steegmans and Davis to be the Top 2 in the Points classification so far, certainly wasnt expected!

If I'd realized how ineffective the pure sprinters were going to be this season (and if he'd been Italian), I'd have kept Steegmans for myself. Vespa are paying most of his salary this year. |

Go Dekker, go Dekker, go Dekker
A shame that Devolder's still there - but on the other hand, if he can only barely survive this, how will he survive the mountains?
Also, it seems like Duarte's back from his injury. Stayed in the peloton this time. |

Go Dekker crash, Go Dekker crash, Go Dekker crash

Im glad that Intxausti did come out of nowhere there, it was starting to look bad. Anyway, he will be better on the proper mountains.

I really didn't notice him until he, stuck to Fothen's wheel, made it to the front group. I guess he attacked late from the peloton.
Edit: I wish there were time bonuses :/ Would've had 40 seconds extra on Devolder by now.

What Devolder doesnt have in time trialling and climbing ability, he makes up for in stupidity and courage.

It was fun seeing your team control the peloton ... with 1 rider |
