I´d say Ivanov is about 6th to 10th if you compare puncheurs.
Can you post a screen of best hilly rider´s stats?

Ok our team has three sponsors!!!
And this are the season goals:
Top 3 Ronde van Vlaanderen
We have to win the Giro!!
Top 3 Milan - San Remo
Top 10 World Championships
Top 3 Paris - Roubaix
Top 5 La Fleche Wallonne
As you see this will be a very hard season, especially the Giro!!I don´t know who of our team should win the Giro!Pozzato??
What do you mean?? The other goals are more realistic i think |

I think you can try winning the Giro if you have Karpets at max form all three weeks with strong support. Unfortunattely this means you cant send him to Tour because he needs some time to rest.
I think you should try it, would be interesting.

FIRST STAGE : NORWOOD - MAWSON LAKES
The breakaway , Corioni is there.
A big favorite gives up!!!Romain Feillu isn´t very well somethink is wrong with him.He gets out!!!
5 km to go and it looks very good for our sprint train.McEwen can sprint for the stage win maybe.
4 km to go. Quickstep comes on the left side and Ciolek is on the backwheel of McEwen.
3 km to go the sprint begins and Ciolek looks very strong today. Also McEwen makes his move.
Napolitano worked really great for Robbie today and he is still on the podium at the moment. There is still one rider of the breakaway in front but he can´t go for the stage win i think.McEwen and Ciolek will sprint for that.
Robbie is still in front it looks like the first win in the first race this season.
Napolitano is third at the moment.
Yes!!!! This is the first win this season.McEwen was very strong today. But it was really hard to beat Ciolek. The young German is unbelievable fast for his age
Danilo Napolitano is keeping his third place. He deserves it for his great sprint preparation.
Stage results:
1 Robbie McEwen Team Katusha 3h36'27
2 Gerald Ciolek Team Milram s.t.

i don´t know but i think Karpets can´t win the Giro even with his best form.
Riders like Di Luca , Basso , Cunego are too strong.
The goal at the Giro is the sprint jersey with Napolitano and maybe a few stage wins with Pozzato. |

getting the maglia ciclamino eith a sprinter is a tough one too in the Gíro in my career always a GC contender with s good finish (di Luca, Cunego, ...)gets it.

STAGE 2 : HAHNDORF - STIRLING
The leading group.
Pavel Brutt starts an attack 6 km before the stage end.
But Ciolek still can stay on his backwheel.
The sprint begins but Brutt has no chance his move was too hard for him , he has no energy left.Ciolek is in front.
But also Ciolek can´t follow now , Elmiger takes the leading position.
And it´s Elmiger who is winning this stage.Brutt becomes 8th.I think it´s a good result.Isn´t it???He didn´t loose any time to the favorites.
McEwen and Napolitano had no chance today the stage was too hard for them.
Stage results:
1 Martin Elmiger AG2R La Mondiale 3h59'18
2 Staf Scheirlinckx Silence - Lotto s.t.
3 Gerald Ciolek Team Milram s.t.
4 George Hincapie Team Columbia - HTC s.t.

7 Anthony Geslin Française des Jeux s.t.
8 Pavel Brutt Team Katusha s.t.
