I won't be available the next couple of days, in case the transfers should start right about now... |

The transfers are getting quite close now. Only one guy didn't do the renewals yet, and if he doesn't do it within the next days, he'll be kicked out.
The transfers are pretty much sorted out (from what I've been told).
I don't think you'll miss out on anything, though. |

How will we know how many racedays each rider has? They don't have any particular rate anymore? |

I believe that value is yet to be set in stone, but the basis for it will be rider average rather than leaders, co-leaders, domestiques etc.

Well the only reasonable way to do it AFTER we have signed the riders, must be wage wise imo... The most expensive riders can ride the least and so on... |

Yeah, but it could've changed a lot on how much people would've offered for specific riders... |

All i am going to say is they better have a crap load of days, because otherwise i will be sending 3 or 4 guys to races.

most, if not all PT teams have less then 25 riders I think, so yeah, we've all got that problem. so they'll surely get enough days.
and otherwise you can just skip some races |

I hope that they won't get too many racedays, cause I have been struggling to get 25 riders on my team, which I now have... So if there was absolutely no reason to have anymore than 20 I would be a bit pissed... |

Most teams will be having to settle for 20 riders, so we know that the race day allocations for domestiques will have to be fairly large - although there will be no rule against not sending a team to races. I know that Accumalux are very unlikely to bother sending a team to California.
Me and Crommy will be working on the race days after the transfer season, and as Rjc mentioned, they will be based upon the Average of a rider.

Don't mean to sound like Magenta, but i was just wondering if the transfer
period is coming to a close soon. I only ask because i want to sure up my final transfer plans and because it seems like we are coming to a natural conclusion of things. just curious

We will give warning within a day or two of the transfers ending. |

Just wanted to say, could we end the transfers on a weekend if possible.

I would like to have the deadline cut down to 24 hours, rather than 48, so we can get this done with... |

20? I've been going for 25 all along
SotD: There's a reason why the deadline is set for 48 hours instead of 24 - to ensure that everyone has a chance to bid. Remember that there's Americans who pretty much won't be able to bid if the deadline is set to 24 hours instead of 48 |

I assume the american day is as long as the europeans? They just bid in another part of the day, than we do... Imo they still have the same chances as before...
I understand that it would be 48 in the start, but most teams are already close to being done, so with 24 hours, you could check 1 or 2 times pr. day instead of waiting 30 hours and then checking. That way we won't be finished anytime soon... |

At some point, the transfers close, but as you may remember from previous seasons, the 'unsolved' bids will be handled in a special way (managers send their bids in a PM, highest bid wins).
