Quiet Rocco season outside of De Ronde but clearly with that and other scoring it was a great one, not as flashy as some others but staying in that good spot GP wise and hopefully a jump next year as he gets to high 70s in his main stats and improves the backups again. Thanks for the work as always Abhi and congrats to the new world champ in our midst Pfft

Thanks Abhi for another season of RTG, looking forward to the races now that AVA has become a serious contender. Hopefully I can make him enough into a VDP / Sagan type of rider that he stands a chance in many races.

Hum... I thought training points should count towards the rider's total score? Pieren therefore should have 20 points, which would see him in the Top 30% if I'm not mistaken.

Anyway, thanks for doing this, hopefully next year will be more successful for Ruedi Smile

Virginijus Alunderis Season Review
2022 was the breakthrough year for the Lithuanian climber. While he remained without a professional win, he had a string of top 10 stage results in the high mountains in all three Grand Tours, including a 2nd place only behind the world's best rider, Pogacar, on stage 15 of the Vuelta.

He was particularly consistant in the Giro and finished 11th overall. A couple of weaker performances led to 18th overall in the Vuelta. He only fell apart in the Tour de France after he was dead last in the Roubaix stage.

His two best results came in shorter stage races: Alunderis finished 6th in the U25 race Oro y Paz and, even more notably, 7th in the Dauphine.
