Barca - United in the final .. oh, dear, that'd be excellent.
Indeed:
Champions of Europe vs. possibly the best in Europe
Leaders of the storngest league vs. leaders of the second
The world's best player vs. the world's best to be
That game would have it all |

In my opinion I wouldn´t put in Barca in the finals
Barcelona doesn´t like hard football
I´ve seen the Bayern Munich 0-4 game and Bayern left much room , they weren´t physically in the game and especially the defenders were just bad because everytime Barcelona switched the sides with the short passing game one of the strikers was free everytime
Chelsea got many players who can physically dominate a game (Terry , Lampard even Ballack) I think they won´t left much space like Bayern did
Also Chelsea got big players and Barcelona is weak when it´s about air dominance because their players are small (not Puyol or Henry but Iniesta for example)
And they have got Hiddink which is one of the best trainers in the world
I think we see the same final like last year
Chelsea - Manchester United

Possibly, but Barcelona has probably been the most dominant side this year - they have been fantastic.
That being siad, I often wonder aswell, why opponents leave Barca with that much time on the ball. It would take a real tactician to nullify Barca, and Hiddink comes to mind. |

I wonldn't be so sure. I mean, all trainers know that you shouldn't give the ball to a team like Barcelona. It's not rocket science. Even I do know that. But from theory to practice there is a long way, generally uphills. It is not so easy as telling your team: "Hey, guys, do you see Messi, the little one? Ok, so the deal is this: don't let him play".

Imo, the problem is not the attack, which I believe too many teams focus on. I think teams would have better results against Barca if they marked Xavi and Iniesta heavily, because they really see the ball a lot and dictate the play. Reason why Chelsea was succesfull at Anfield was not only because they took Gerrard out of the game, but Xabi Alonso as well. Hiddink seems to have an eye for these things |

Why did Giggs get angry? I thought he was happy instead.

I believe he was extremely happy but then a Porto player took the ball from his hands and then he got angry |

Arsenal really came into the match, and although i can't say that United deserved their win, it wouldn't be totally wron with 1-1.
But Arsenal will do it at Emirates!!
Come on you Gunners!!!

I agree, the only thing keeping it at one was Almunia. I am a gooner and I admit it. |

Much can be said about me and my bias, but that's just .. wow. Did you even watch the match?
Had Man Utd. won 3-0 or 4-0, that would have been fair. Luckily for Arsenal, Almunia had an absolutely amazing match. Van der Sar didn't have an amazing match - why not? Because he had absolutely nothing to do. |
