Finally a win and we moving up from the last place. Yeahh
Well as it says in the report that is your second win. But you can be forgiven for forgetting because your other win was like 20 stages ago.
Ollfardh - I didn't know you had feelings for him. |

Meh, could've been better.
And we're tied with BVB now, this'll be close.

Did you seriously just post that ....... .....
Your only win, so far, came when O'Grady attacked on the cobblestones. |

I mean the cobbles that have just been. I know he won that stage. But he isn't attacking on these cobbles.

@ Jakstar - You may be satisfied with this stage.
STAGE 24: La Punta - El Trapiche 168 KM
Stage Favourites:
*****Szmyd(IBA) ****Tschopp(AER) ***Konig(NES)
**Clarke(BLU) *Serpa(CAR)
With the final climb up narrow roads being 4 kilometres @ 7%, we may see something from the favourites.
We see Petacchi trying to get into the break.
The 7 man break today: Steegmans, Aldape, Louder, Bono, Mate, De Negri and Champion. The Alcyon rider would attain some more KOM points today.
Fast Forward to 13 KM to go.
The break have 4'00 over the peloton, who have just started to speed up, when Bono and Louder attack out of the break.
Clarke animates the race on the final climb.
The win may be out of the picture but the favourites can still put time into each other. Martens, Sella and Szmyd go with this attack .... but Tschopp LOOKS IN DIFFICULTY! He leaves the pace setting to Garate surely he is suffering if he can't go with the attack.
Out front, the rest of the break are coming back to Bono and Louder as the finish approaches. But not quick enough. The duo will fight out the stage win as the attacking favourites bridge across to the rear of the break.
Super Louder. Super SmarTone!
Jeff Louder has been of the most aggressive riders in the race the last few stages, today he is rewarded with SmarTone's second victory. A huge win for them. Belgacom and Petro China continue their good run of gaining UC points as of late.
Is the battle for the GC over?
Tschopp couldn't go with the key attack today. He now finds himself over 2'00 behind in the GC. Losing time on the hilly finishes looks to have cost Tschopp the GC in TOTC5. In the battle for 6th Paulinho should be weary as Sella puts time into him today, they are separated by less than '3.

Szmyd taking back some time on Tschopp, very good.
Can't believe he still hasn't got a win, though.

Well, good to see Serpa back in the Top 10 for now. Funny that the only report where he isn't mentioned at all, is the one where he finally gets some time on some of his rivals. Never mention him again please, The Rider.

The best thing on this stage was the attack of petacchi...
not much to celebrate beneath that (okay, a 51th place from my best climber is nearly as good as the 103rd place of my GC captain ..
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!
