Any chance we could live streams or videos to go along with the reports? Could be a lot of fun with people watching and discussing on twitch, just an idea...
Cav vs Kittel, here we go
It has crossed my mind but it's unlikely for Qatar
But wouldn't Qatar, whith it's ever changing scenery, it's diverse stage profiles and it's incredible crowd be something everybody would like to watch live?
But seriously, for say the classics and key stages at GTs, that sounds like a great idea!

Marseillaise won't be streamed either, but who cares. We already know the winner

I'm hoping for streams, I really like watching those. and besides adds a role playing aspect as it stream can be seen as the live event and then the report (made from the stream) as the written highlights |

I'm ok with any form of reports, as long as the custom riders get an occasional mention and I get an export with the reults for the rankings
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Just a picture of a Lampre rider in a break will do |

PREVIEW
RACE INFORMATION
The GP la Marseillaise is traditionally the first European race of the new season. The race is held around Marseille, southern France. Some legendary riders, like Bernard Hinault, Richard Virenque and Frank Vandenbroucke, have already won here. The last edition (2012) was won by Samuel Dumoulin, and he is defending his title. Can he retain it or will we have a successor?
ROUTE
As you can see, the profile is not easy, but noy very mountainious either. There are no flat roads today, but not very steep either. Shortly, we can say that it could go anywhere. It could be a sprint, some late attackers or a lucky break!
STARTLIST
FAVOURITES
Top favourites
| | | | Rider | Team | Hill | Sprint | Delfi Cervero | FDJ.fr | 80 | 69 | Christian Schröder | Team Europcar | 78 | 67 | Thabo Jango Sithembile | Sky ProCycling | 80 | 63 |
Delfi Cervero is a good rider for in the hills, and there are a lot of them here. Watch out for him!
Christian Schröder is another puncheur. We can expect him to attack at some point in the race.
The organizers are favouring the puncheurs for this race, because the third rider is Thabo Jango Sithembile. Again, he is a rider you'd really want when it comes to the hills
Outsiders
| | | | Rider | Team | Hill | Sprint | Lars Boom | Belkin Pro Cycling Team | 73 | 70 | Willem Brouwer | Belkin Pro Cycling Team | 74 | 78 | Oscar Gatto | Vini Fantini - Sella Italia | 74 | 72 | Arthut Vichot | FDJ.fr | 75 | 68 | Thomas Voeckler | Team Europcar | 76 | 64 |
Lars Boom is participating here. He's walways a dangerous outsider, so watch out!
When the race should end in a mass-sprint, one of the names you'd expect near the front is his team-mate Willem Brouwer. He has already won in Gabon, and he hopes to continue his form here.
Oscar Gatto is someone to look for as well.
Arthur Vichot is a Frenchman, and the home crowd will surely be happy if he wins!
What is a French race without Thomas Voeckler. Always loved, always dangerous.
Can't be underestimated
| | | | Rider | Team | Hill | Sprint | Samuel Dumoulin | Ag2r - La Mondiale | 72 | 73 | Pierrick Fedrigo | FDJ.fr | 74 | 66 | Anthony Geslin | FDJ.fr | 73 | 72 | Jonathan Hivert | Sojasun | 74 | 71 | Björn Leukemans | Vacansoleil - DCM | 74 | 64 | Julien Simon | Sojasun | 73 | 72 | Fabio Taborre | Vini Fantini - Sella Italia | 73 | 69 | Yuri Trofimov | Katusha Team | 75 | 62 |
CONCLUSION
It will be a very interesting race for sure!

Well, GP of the Custom Riders I guess
Sponsor goal should be achievable for sure
But wait Ollfardh, what the heck is Brouwer doing here?
You didn't tell me anything about that?
But well, I forgive you that, unless Europcar misses out of the sponsor goal because of Brouwer
@Marco Simon has 72SP right?

Sojasun have their eyes on this race too. Hivert, Jones and Simon are all capable of getting a result. Delaplace could make a cheeky move too. Allez les Verts!

This has Cervero and Brouwer written all over it, i'd be massivly surprised if neither of them wins.

No mention for Cofidis despite sending 4 riders who could ride a good result
My bold prediction: Mika Kurri will be in the break
