Your first rider indeed doesn't have the right stats.
FL 71 -> Ok, uses 2 'bonus skill points -> 71
MO 59 -> Fine -> 59
HIL 63-> Should be higher -> 66, could use bonus points here or in SP or ACC. So for example -> 68
TT 71 -> Sorry, not allowed -> 65
PRL 59 -> Fine -> 59
COB 55 -> Fine -> 55

ACC 66 -> Could be higher , I advise: -> 70
DH 63 -> Fine -> 63

And second thing I found is that Mathijs Ruiter is listed Hungarian and he should be dutch...
Edit: Found some more:
Adrian Hanzen is from Qatar in DB -> should be Brunei.
Some Data isn't complete... I mean for example most of the custom Radioshack riders, where there is sometimes only Height, and sometimes only weight listed.
And Mike Pye's Prologue, Resistance and Stamina are (way) too high. You can maybe give all 3 stats a -6 (btw Mike Pye has many 65-69 stats anyway, so that might make him overpowered)
and all age's are 1 too low in the db.
Oh yeah, Maxime Oget and Len Lye have got Fighter 78. And I guess its not allowed for puncheurs to have FTR higher than 65... And if its allowed its strange that Puncheurs have a way higher FTR skill than Fighters...
I guess Oget needs a second check anyway, because I noticed his Prologue and Downhill abilities are too high too!
If I find more issues, then I will edit this post further...
Btw: Just to be clear, this is Never meant as criticism, but I'm always just trying to help...
Adrian Hanzen is listed as Qatar since i couldn't find Burnei in the DB. Well you're complaining about stats which are too high. I put them that way since they have very low stats in other. The ftr thing sounds to be a very wierd issue and i will check that in an hour
Ok, maybe your right but I don't think thats really fair, because one rider would be better than another rider with the same speciality. For example: Oget will have one of the best prologue stat of the game, which isn't fair compared to other puncheurs who haven't got a good prologue stat, and Oget will be too much an allrounder...
And don't forget that some riders are supposed to be better than other riders, because or: one rider type is better allround than another type(Stage racer is just more allaround than TT'er, thats how it's supposed to be) and 2. Younger riders aren't as good as older ones, but they will develop faster.

I think that everyone should put in all of the stats of their riders. It makes my job much more difficult of putting in all the riders in the database if i don't know the other stats |

Thats true, I know, I guess Francopell said that all the other stats which are not listed, should be 61.

I thought I told you to set unknown stats as 61 for 18 ear olds and increase by one each year :S Maybe my memory is playing up. |

Some people only have chosen their main stats (So for example some stage racers have only listed what's the MO, TT, REC and Prologue of their rider) So Francopell wants every stat who is not listed to 61.
(So that stage racer of my previous example will get SP 61, COB 61 etc.)

I'm hoping to do anything like that first and leave putting people in teams until last that way if there's any other nations to add then I can easily check something like that using the scouting feature of career mode and adding all teh riders might take some teams over 30 which doesn't work in career mode but afaik is fine for stage race and classic modes.
also i'm leaving any stat changes to those in charge.

i was told there was a typo in your name and you were 27 so i put it to 17 assuming it was another typo.

just an small typo was made
the name was Jeffrey, but in the database it is Jeffery. but it isn't a big deal to me because it is a very minor issue

oh well, i've already fixed it anyway and will be uploading my changes soon so francopell can have the 2 new nations on the DB ready for the season.

sorry about teh double post but here is teh database with my changes including adding the 2 new nations. In the end I didn't add any riders to teams as it kept crashing Career mode which is what i ws using to check the nations i was adding. the flags probably won't show up for you unless you edit your local.cdb.

sorry amte i can change it when i go through and make sure that everyone is at the team they should be. and as i was using it to check when i'd added new nations in it was just easier for me to leave it for now incase i need to add in anymore.

i dont know why but... in 3D race mode some teams have a white jersey instead of their jersey, they dont even have the logo 
for e.x Rabobank. I played with this db but the jersey is white....

Many teams have that... (I played with Rabobank too  )
But Fran says that doesn't happen at his computer, so I guess it's fine...
@Daggen:
Are you going to change the value's I mentioned earlier? I mean getting the high values you made up to 61(assuming these were the stats who were not listed when signing up), so it will be more fair? Sorry if this sounds mean
