I can see Scarponi winning in a mountain stage, yeah. He can bring some action.

Yeah that aswell. As he said himself. He will definitely bring some action to the mountains though, will be interesting to see him offensive and try some attacks.

If the new rules about time limits are taken seriously, I think he'll have a really hard time indeed. And he probably won't hang on even if there's one single small hill, so I don't expect too many sprints from him. If he's still there at the final, however...
