The problem isn't hypocrisy, but the old-fashioned thought that you can't buy success, or that it is somehow morally inferior to do so.

True. In the same way that some people prefer attacking football over defensive football. Or technical football above rough football.

When it comes to history and traditions, I'm old-fashioned, and I have a hard time liking teams like Chelsea and City. But I fully understand people who don't share that view.

I respect your opinion and I am sorry if I offend you. I just think that it is not fair forget history of Chelsea and City because some people decided to invest millions to revive it. And I will defend Huddersfield Town as well if they will get some billionare to fund them.

Not nearly as strong as in the abramovich era though. But they had Zola. <3

Bayern being vastly superior so far. Hope they win.

Pellizotti2
Nice game so far I think. Bayern are clearly the strongest though.

Bayern deserves to win by controling the game, but the longer Chelsea keeps it a draw they could easily steal the game. Should be a great finish Grin

Di Matteo's tactics are to soak in the pressure, keep the scores level before intorducing Torres, Essien and Sturridge, who will snatch it for Chelsea

I dont care who wins, I just want a good match, so this has been extremely boring for me.

Hopefully Torres can liven it up.

If it stays like this I won't care. I want penalties.

Alakagom
Yeah, so far has been quite poor from both sides.

How much longer can Di Matteo wait to bring on the subs? Frown Bayern is all over them.

Not any more. Chelsea are pressing now

Bayern has been dominant, as expected. I fear Chelsea is going to get another lucky win.

Rather boring game for a neutral fan.
