I agree. As much as I think Phil Hoyle is probably the next Cavendish , there isn't much point doing a huge leadout for him when he has sprint 72 and there are the big names of sprinting like Farrar, Rojas etc.
In a continental race, with good fitness, yes. Tour Down Under, no.
Just jump on the wheel of one of the "second division" of sprinters like Swift or Hushovd. Then they could drag your rider to a top 10 finish without him even having to sprint.

Actually, I think it is better to have a lead out train, but follow the wheel of the fastest sprinter at ~2k to go instead of sprinting on your own.
The steady speed of an own train saves some yellow bar because an AI train often forms many metres behind and accelerates heavily short before the sprint, which leads to heart rates of more than 190.

Ha yes I do still have some sort of life but I will be uploading more as my gf is going to university but I am having a gap year so more time spent at home doing nothing (aka making videos) |

This makes me more happy than anything. 
PCM Daily Mail till I die! I'm also disappointed at the lack of support for the greatest team in the world. Some people were worried that people would apply and then not bother with it. I think that might be the case unfortunately.
