How come team HTC-Columbia-Google-Skype hasn't announced anything yet?

1) The rules were changed, meaning that it's now 1st of August (despite no one seeming to know this).
2) The rules have never really been respected. |

It's the UCI, they think of rules more like guidelines.
Unless they decide otherwise.

Someone has called a Danish tv station, saying that he saw Contador in Copenhagen Airport earlier today.
Well, on Contador's Twitter, he did post a picture of him being on a plane ... to Belgium. And either way, he can't be at the press conference tomorrow due to a criterium in France which he's signed up. |

According to cyclingnews De Maar is definately going to Quick Step.
And according to De Telegraaf Vacansoleil is interested in signing Samuel Sanchez and Robert Wagner will go to the Schleck team. |

BMC won't become Pro Tour. They had an option to be a Pro Tour team for this year, but they refused it.
Vacansoleil will become Pro Tour I gues.
